Alright, you're quite respectful in your video so I'll do the same ! 1 ) Just to begin with, when there's an exclamation mark in a manga panel it doesn't mean it's a blitz because if it was the case the person wouldn't have the time to realise. It's simply this character being surprised by something or someone. 2 )For the Yugito scaling it's because Kakuzu reacted to Yugito's strongest form ( Bijuu mode while having control ) wich means he would react to any type of form Yugito has from base to full power. That's why people scale him to her, Matatabi clearly is superior in everything Yugito displayed. 3 ) Yes Edo Yugito was paired with other Jinchuriki but in the manga aswell in the anime, she did fought Bee and KCM Naruto by herself for quite some time. Even stated in the databook that bcs of her speed and swiftness she tormented Naruto, Kakashi and the others. 4 ) Yes Edo Yugito was amped to an extent but it was only visual because of the sharingan and vision sharing wiith rinnegan = she have a boost in reaction only. When she chased Bee and KCM Naruto it was due to her base speed alone, the sharingan/rinnegan buff have nothing to do with that. 5 ) Even if you like it or not Kakuzu did travel with Edo Itachi while carrying Edo Nagato in his back and were running at same speed, Kakuzu had to go very far away from them btw to go on his battlefield. So the travel speed of Kakuzu/Edo Itachi is checked even if you don't like it. 6 ) Edo Kakuzu is lame because he had to take weak hearts from random shinobi + Edo nerf most of them but he was the last Edo to be defeated in his battlefield and... wasn't fodder people. There was Darui who can match with Ay's speed, defeated Kin/Gin Brothers who defeated twice Tobirama, Tenten with Rikudo weapon, Butterfly Choji, his father, Shikamaru and the rest are randoms yes. Even tho he was severly weakened ( just like Sasori/Deidara ) compared to his alive state, he managed to be the last one standing. Stated in the 4th databook that he slaughter alot in the army and defeated most of the strongest warriors ( it's offscreen but stated atleast ) 7 ) For the Kakuzu fight vs Kakashi and co : He defeated a bijuu + Chiriku and 90% of the fire temple + Asuma + sealing 2 + 3 tails for a week. Fair to admit that he wasn't full in his reserve and even tho in the manga he defeated Kakashi in 2 pages... In the anime, Kakuzu disarmed him ( sharingan user btw ), cross him around the battlefield, made him fall to the ground numerous time, forced Kakashi to open the 1st gate in order to beat a waterclone of Kakuzu = 10% chakra of the user. Kakashi had to open 1st gate to only beat 10% of Kakuzu's chakra reserve lol ( and wasn't full bcs of sealing bijuu... ) so not at all, they're not relative at all. Kakuzu wash him easy, like he did in the manga. He opened 1st gate to do the lotus recto wich automatically open the 1st gate vs Kakuzu's water clone. I think that's it, have a great day !
Best I can say for Kakuzu in terms of scaling is him being "one of the deadliest akatsuki" even then, we need to define "deadliest" cause a box jellyfish is one of the deadliest animals but it's clearly not all that tough.
Kakuzu imo has the best ability in Naruto but the plot is Naruto so he lost, immortality and the ability too steal chakra nature's, he should've hooked up with orochimaru for some hashirama cells
That's an insult to box jellyfish. You literally can't touch them and they one shot any human with just skin contact. They're also exteremly fast when they want to be as well as taller then you. Kakuzu is not that gassed.

So saying it's "illogical" is a very outrageous thing to say.

Two questions, isn't the point of the Akatsuki to capture tailed beasts so they theoretically scale to them, or have hacks to capture them? Also isn't using edo kakuzu muddying the water of his true power because edo is a nerf? Btw I'm not a kakuzu D rider, and would love to have more videos like this!
The Akatsuki are all Bijuu level either individually, or as a team. Deidara capturing the one tails Jinchuriki on his own is a better feat than Kakuzu and Hidan taking down Yugito together as all the lower level Bijuu are pretty relative (and Gaara was in the desert which is an amp, plus it’s implied they snuck her). Naruto himself makes it pretty clear that defeating Kakuzu is something that BoS pre Hebi Sasuke could do. And Kabuto’s Edos are stated to be “near full strength” the only ones notably nerfed are Hashirama and Madara. That being said Kakuzu as an Edo was nerfed by his shitty AI, he sent his masks across the battlefield instead of using combo attacks with them.
This would be an awesome idea! Idk if noodles would be down or vice versa, but I think it would clarify both their stances further in a debate format rather than addressing kakuzu scaling in a direct video Edit: autocorrect

Even when the truth is spelled out point blank he simply refuses to concede and resorts to ratty debate tactics to stall. Conceding a debate when you know you're wrong is a sign of strength not weakness. I'd have a lot more respect for him if he were to admit some losses.

He's a purely ap focused fighter so him being deadlier than Deidara entails he's stronger than Deidara due to raw physicality and ninjutsu.

Hes definitely capable of getting the job done. To say jiraiya can't beat itachi is very illogical. Itachi gets it 7/10 times but no more than that.
