Thanks mate! You need your own Hire & Reward insurance. Amazon has a partnership with Inshur, who offer hourly insurance which is pretty cheap, or you can get monthly plans if you do this work full time which works out cheaper and it also covers food delivery too, useful if you do Flex and Deliveroo/Uber like me.

I’ve noticed all prime by 1pm delivery’s and most 6-10pm delivery’s are flex. Only day time are Amazon vans

Do you call driver's support when there is no person to provide the code for the package? They sometimes ok the delivery of the package at doorstep as long as it's safe. I view your videos as a travel log and enjoy them from California.

Of course - but everyone pays tax and different amounts of it, it’s not an expense of the job

Hi, I've just recently joined amazon flex and ive got two blocks under my belt already. I have a question if you don’t mind.. when making deliveries.. and it says no recipient required. Do you default to just leaving it in a safe place, take a picture and leave? Or must you knock the door on every delivery? I cannot seem to find an answer to this?

I pretty much always try knocking or ringing the doorbell first - if there's no answer, leave in a safe place. Sometimes (though rarely) the default option for the customer is leave in a safe place. In these situations, the customer has chosen that specifically, so I just leave it as requested. You won't get in trouble for following the option the customer has selected.

Not when the camera is rolling - Amazon nav shows customer name and address at the top of the screen so switching to Google Maps avoids that issue for me 🤣 otherwise I’d have a lot more work in the edit

Inshur and Zego both offer courier insurance, either pay as you go or monthly/annual plans 👍🏻
