I had two groups I wanted to delete. The first one allowed me to delete everyone and then leave the group myself and the "delete group" option popped up and all was well and GONE! The second group has ONE MEMBER that the "delete member" option is simply not there! GRR! I tried to "leave group" myself but the "delete group" option does not appear after that and stupid options like, let someone else have the group appear. I made both groups, and I had no moderators or other admins. Why is that one person not removable?? Was that something *they* were able to do somehow? Super frustrating!
This seems like a ridiculous question but - how do I figure out if I’m the admin? It seems like I should be bc I created the group but when I attempted to follow your steps it gives me the option to leave the group or unfollow it, so that doesn’t seem like I’m the admin.
Free speech is the constitution especially if there's no name calling. I got name called and scolded over the protection of an animal saved from being hit on an interstate

@@mrjerrypotter Cheers, but I found a way, similar to what you have said. I clicked on the number of Members. The 3 dots allowed me to BAN each member, ending with myself leaving the group and closing it. Thanks for your help and reply.

Same here - There is no Delete Member option - only Leave Group, Delete Group and it will not let me leave as member/mod or even admin and/or delete group. I believe it's a glitch with FB. I've written, they refuse to respond to me, I'm done with the bullshlt. Just letting you know you're not the only one having issues with it, even 6 months later.

Ever been bullied by a group and admins? Shows they are cyber bullies I deleted a bully I think was also a admin, they are like BAD GIRLS. Glad a member agreed with my comment. This was not about politics it was about pets . Just imagine

Delete will only show up when you are the only person left. You remove yourself (as shown in video) and it will tell you that you are deleting the group.
@@mrjerrypotter You're not paying attention. There is NO "remove member" on PUBLIC groups. They AREN'T "Members"; they're called "People". Therefore we can only suspend or block a person. There is no "remove". Your video is only applicable to PRIVATE groups. So HOW DO WE REMOVE them from a public group???????
Not entirely sure. They would certainly know if they visited the group. When you remove a post of theirs, it usually gives you options about notifying them.

It wont let me remove anyone from the group just suspend them. I don’t know how to delete the group.

Visit facebook.com/groups/feed/ and you can see the groups you manage on the left side (on a computer).

@@marcellamartinezmarques no. 😕 I can't get ahold of the last person, so, I'm stuck with it. It's annoying because people keep requesting to join.

Do you see a row of photos under your group name (tiny circles)? Try clicking on those.

There is no delete option, only suspend the person and block (few more items but not relevent)
Delete will only show up when you are the only person left. You remove yourself (as shown in video) and it will tell you that you are deleting the group.

You need to pause the group first, then the remove option appeared for me.

if you kick, ban, suspend (nvm) everyone from the group, u can delete the group as well. amateurxd
