A whole new element of fear unlocked! Although that fear quickly gets a reverse uno card though when the US player gets sticky grenades. Can only early game push for so long! :)
I love the emphasis of vision based units in CoH3, especially with the 1.9 Orchid Spider patch veterancy changes with recon units getting consistent veterancy vision buffs!
I feel an early Kettenkrad has most viability in 1v1s. In team games, the maps are narrower, less capping points, more units on the field and it's more difficult to simply cap the other side of the map if things get dangerous. I feel in 2v2 it's almost always better to get a 2nd pioneer first, that way cover/wire can be built and it can be used in combat. I have been going for a mid/late game Kettenkrad though in team game for vision control and it is very strong!
@@StephennJFYes, I agree on the 2 pios opening. I feel like this patch I'm struggling to play with wehrmacht. I'm not finding the right consistent strategy
I rarely use the trip flares! It's nothing I can't achieve by using the Kettenkrad binoculars or a standard mine forces a retreat/significant fighting capacity reduction. I wonder if it's better to repurpose the trip flares to the Jaegars with the G43 upgrade perhaps? What do you think?
Yeah that is completely fair. they are 10 muni for minor damage as well, so you are losing some time on building regular mines and so on. G43 Jaegars with flare mines would be pretty neat. I'd use them more frequent. Would that replace the flare they already have though. I just thought i'd mention them because people rarely use them, and i understand why they prefer to use those muni on regular mines
the kettengrad push did more mental damage to those rifleman, more than physical. No wonder, he lost to you from the sheer distress. Very fun to watch

Nice clean game! This is reminiscent of an old coh1 method lol.
It definitely has similar vibes to my favourite CoH1 build on Langres being the bike/mg42 start! :)
I love watching your use of vision allow you to dominate the map!!!

thinking about a late game tiger on opponents last 30 points XD
Never to late for Tiger dreams! :)
Sold narrating via reinforced gameplay. Love the advice.
Great game! Ketten push will be the next meta
I'll have to test Kettens in the new 1.9.2 patch!
I don’t think he invested in his riflemen enough
A ton of fun as always! How do you see this strategy working in 2v2 or 3v3?

I'd like to see some use of flare mines, or do you feel like they are a waste of muni and time?
