I wish somebody would do a video or have a drawing instructions on how to clip on the sunglass on the silhouette I don’t want to break my glasses. It’s very frustrating that this company does not give you anything. I had to find things on the Internet and it still doesn’t tell you where to put the clip on. It’s still is the worst the worst the worst. Maybe somebody will do a video on how to clip on sunglasses on those beautiful glasses.
Glass frame prices generally are a joke! In particular these rimless frames, How can three tiny pieces of titanium and plastic cost $300 to $400? They should not be more than a $100 tops!
how long does it take for you to respond to email with photos? I ued the webmail n your site and submitted several photos a week ago. I have seen any comfirmation that you received it/ Not a peep. I have a broken Siilouette frame that at best needs a replacement of the hinge (short connector between the lens and the hinge screw. can you please find my sumission? I think replacing both sides with a new temple hinge would be best for strength of the temples amd the temple hinge since weld leave brittle metal on both sides of the area welded. at least this is what a local jeweler told me who welds but does not have replacement parts. I will resubmit my pictures and a messsage. by using that webmail on your site, I do not have a copy of the email. bummers!
I've had my silowettes 4 years and no issues. I actually wear even while in the water at beach. I also have fallen asleep with them on. I sleep in recliner so no issues. I can't say enough about these frame less progressive lens glasses.
I have had my shillouetyes for about 6 years and love them. Hard to get them tightened.

I have two pairs and the bridges break. Never again will I guy a pair of these glasses. Shops should be embarrassed to carry this brand.
They will last you 2 month if you are lucky.
I use mine 24/7 except when I shower or sleep.....and I'm going on 6 years...maybe you got a lemon or are too hard on your equipment.

Absolutely right. another bridge just broke on mine. That's after the bridge broke a month after i bought them.
