    I just want to say thanks. I'm a 300lb tub that's getting his life together. I just started a PPL and use your 5min warmup and just tried this 30min stretching. They're both perfect for what I'm doing. I did have a little trouble with the jump at the end. Lol Thanks again.

    Cant wait to stretch after watching your 30 minute full body workout for a week and a half now… it’s been really helpful for me and I love your content man! I’ve even been eating healthier, smoothies, oatmeal, chicken breast NO SKIN, vegetables etc…. Thanks again Bully you inspire me to better myself

      @@cornelius8124 exactly. So it’s really useful. At least for me, cause I workout twice a day because I also do a sport for high school so stretching really helps. 🤷‍♂️ maybe u just don’t need to, which if that’s the case good for u 👍😌

    I waited to do this routine before commenting. Cant believe the cracks and pops it produced in my joints. Got some really good deep stretches out of it too. Felt better than i thoought it would. By the time I got through the whole thing, i found myself wanting to do it again. Thanks bully.

    It works really well.
    I have been out of shape for years and I thought I gotta start somewhere. A few days ago I tried this kind of light exercise, but with no discipline and some random moves that I can come up with. It took around 20 minutes to start sweating.
    When I found this video, I tried my best to follow it, and it took only aroun 8-10 minutes to start sweating.

    I’ve been doing the 10 min stretch routine before every workout so i don’t pull and muscles, gonna have to try this

      You should try doing it after workouts and start doing dynamic stretches before workouts💯

    such a grt workout. thankyou so much. if you can do all the standing in one go and seating in one go please. also there werent some queues when changing to the next stretch. But on the whole was truly amazing. thankyou once again.

    And mainly nowadays all the yoga and exercise are made by girls who is just showing their body and putting inappropriate thumbnails for views .

    To be honest. I never really used to stretch as much. But now that i do. I do things daily without to much pain. To when i used to when i didn't stretch. But watching your stretch videos helped me do better

    Omg thank god today is a stretch routine. I ended up doing an old hiit workout I used to do before my surgeries. Did 3 sets used to do 4 though. And I was telling myself that I was still going to do this workout today. But damn I was dying and didn’t wanna workout. So once again. Thank god I’m stretching

    Loved it up to 16 minutes. I’m in my 70s want to stay fit. Using cushions for my knees. Will do the rest a little later.

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

      First off hope you have a speedy recovery and your family too... secondly letting you know that doing this stretch everyday in the morning keeps me relaxed all day, great increase in strength and the best part 15-20 minutes increase in exercise daily performance...this stretch routine is dope 🔥❤️
