My ACS letter says that I can consider experience from May 2020 as 2 years they have considered for suitability. So how do I put that company experience in EOI application. It looks like a student must complete the degree first before launching an EOI which will stay in the queue for sometime before it is picked up and processed. So, is it fair if I say that ALL student visa holders will need a bridging visa to be in "good status" so that he or she can work while the application for work visa is pending ?

I have positive skill assesment in aircraft maintenance engineer avionics 323111. My date of birth is 10/10/1981 Work experience 15 years 10 years in Emirates airline. I will be becoming 40 years in October 2021. At present if I clear my pte exam with 65 points my total points will become 70. Is there any possibility if the state nominations open and I apply of eoi, will I get the chance of invitation before I reach 40 years since I will lose 10 points and will be sitting on 60 points in October 2021.
For the Skilled Employment experience, can we put in our Actual Total Experience or the one which we have got after the ACS has evaluated and deducted a few years from it.
If you have been assessed for the cap of more than 8 years than you are good to mention real number of experience. Because maximum points can be scored with 8 years skill assessment. Hope it answers

Well, I have 20 h/w experience for 2 years before and while studying, and 1 year full time after studying. While filling EOI, they never ask how many hours of experience and if it is before qualification. Visitors visa conditions is no work rights conditions. Working holiday visa was scraped in Australia. Only skilled migration visa is allowed to work. Australian borders are aso closed till June 2022. So it will be pointless to start a application now

Working holiday visa was scraped in Australia. Only skilled migration visa is allowed to work. Australian borders are aso closed till June 2022. So it will be pointless to start a application now

You may want to organise skills assessment and English score. Once states start inviting offshore applicants you may have a chance.
