I can’t believe this is actually free. It’s so unreal. Why are you so nice? Thank you so much. I pray for grace to actually implement this in my local fellowship.
This is solid gold! One tool I use that has dramatically helped us is Descript. It will transcribe the sermon, and then I can read through it (bonus tip: start at the end and work backward - that's where all the good stuff is). Descript will let you copy text into a new Descript document, then strike out words to edit the video, export to mp4, and make it vertical in Premiere. I look forward to looking at Remini to solve our cover shot woes!
Thanks for this video perfect time for me . I had plans to do something like this starting Jan 2024 but you helped putting it together thanks again you are always on point
Hi Brady, small church pastor here and I love watching all of your videos but this one in particular is awesome and I am excited to implement this workflow! For the published book, can you recommend some cost effective publishing solutions that you've used to create the year in review book? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the quick response. I didn't know about Blurb but it is way more cost effective than Vistaprint or some others so thanks again! @@prochurchtools
Brady, thanks for this content. But for the TH-cam post, do you recommend keeping the full sermon on the website and the shorter clips on TH-cam? Or can both be on TH-cam?
Hey bro! Thanks for this! I have a question. I'm a youth pastor that's in charge of our social media (as a side thing, not my "main priority"). I probably have 3-4 hours a week to work on it. I have experience in photo and video editing (not so much in graphics but Canva is a life saver). Is this schedule doable in that time frame (3-4 hours)? Will I have enough time to get all that content cut out? If not, do you have any tips to make the most out of that amount of time for social? Thanks!
Is it doable in 3-4 hours per week? What I can tell you is our team does it that fast. You likely won't be able to do it that fast in the first few months, but it's achievable. It's also meant to be scalable though. Start with just the two SocialSermons each week on Tuesday and Thursday. That will give you the most bang for your buck as it were. And then keep adding from there.
For sure. In our Recent Work doc here: static1.squarespace.com/static/64b87e92fc70a30255f45386/t/6516fc21a0f186441750fff7/1696005161174/RecentWork-SocialSermons.pdf
Sermon titles? Sometimes I ask AI to come up with some alternative titles to offer as suggestions before I promo the upcoming sermon...@@prochurchtools
Are you using the days of the week as a schedule simply for teaching us? Or is there significant benefit to staggering across platforms as opposed to just posting across platforms on the same day
They’re ordered from least time intensive to most. But for the quote, SocialSermons, and carousel - those all go to the same platforms like Instagram and Facebook. So they’re not necessarily staggered.
So, does posting on facebook too often hurt the reach of individual posts? Does your reach increase if you are in a sweet spot between too much and too little?
What do you use for text auto-captions? Right now i’m using Adobe Premiere Rush to put my videos together, and then throwing them into Capcut at the end because Rush doesn’t auto caption (but I’m faster in Rush so i’m making 2 platforms work for now). I’m all ears for platforms or software suggestions!! 👂

Is this still available somewhere? This link is no longer working.

Glad to serve!
This is gold especially for churches that are just starting to seize the 167. Thank you Brady! 💒

Your team is amazing! Love what you're doing, keep it up!
Appreciate it!
Feels like a master class in 12 min. This is great stuff.
This is really amazing, I just started a media team in my congregation, and thus is the best information I have gotten. Thanks a lot
Thank you so very much. May the Lord bless you always.
Same to you!
Thank you for your ministry, Brady! I learn a lot from you. Greetings from Lithuania!

I’ve heard good things about Descript!
We just found you and we are a new plant but our team will begin implementing these ideas.
Welcome!
This is so so cool!!! I am blessed by this. I will surely apply this process!

Glad it was helpful!
Love it! Can you share the layer you use for the vertical video that keeps you from putting text over social elements?
Yes I can: prochur.ch/3trrJRv
I literally was looking for something like this yesterday night. Thank you so much
Glad I could help!
Thank you Brady...and thanks for the work your crew did for our small church!
Pleased to help!

For printing we've always used: www.blurb.com

Amazing video Brandy! I do wonder the best approach when adding a description to the minute reels. Should these be short explanations to the video?
Yeah, I’ve done both. I’ve experimented with long and short. Don’t feel strongly about either option right now.
Brady, thanks for this content. But for the TH-cam post, do you recommend keeping the full sermon on the website and the shorter clips on TH-cam? Or can both be on TH-cam?
Both on TH-cam is still ideal.
I Love this ❤ thanks a million. God bless you 🙏🏾
Glad to serve 🫡
What outlet or website do you use to do the coffee table book?
Do you have any examples of churches with blog posts I can view to get a gauge of what to create?

Is there a link to the reel you made in this video for the Tue/Thu post? I'd like to see it fully played out.

Have you ever done a video about the importance of good titles? Or are they as important as I believe they are? Need a "convince my boss" post. 🙂
Specifically what kind of titles?
Sermon titles? Sometimes I ask AI to come up with some alternative titles to offer as suggestions before I promo the upcoming sermon...@@prochurchtools
Yeah, for sure, check this out: th-cam.com/video/L3x1SDp2tkw/w-d-xo.html
@@prochurchtools Yes, sermon titles, so that when people come across it on TH-cam they think, "Hmmm, that sounds interesting!" 🙂
@@prochurchtools Thank you!
Brady, what do you do for closed captions for reels?
We use Premiere or Resolve for those. They both have auto-caption features.
@@prochurchtools thank you! Bummer Final Cut doesn’t have that!
This was awesome! Any chance you have that overlay available for download??
Got you: prochur.ch/3trrJRv

Do you have a list of tools/apps that you use for putting these together?
What software are you using to make your timestamp notes?
was wondering the same thing

DaVinci Resolve is desktop based, free, and does captions automatically. That’s what I use.
What would you recommend as a low-cost video editing platform?
