Thank you for this. I just purchased a 24-foot extension ladder and now I know how to safely use it. You didn't mention it but it looks like I'll need to purchase a safety helmet as well since all workers shown in this video were wearing them.
I can't climb the corporate ladder but at least now I can climb a Werner ladder. Thank you.
