Love the tip about finding the angle by your palms touching at shoulder height. What a voice the narrator has.

I understand that the video is on C.L.I.M.B. One more narration on showing how to climb down would make the video complete. However, the whole of this video is highly professional and promising. Thanks for sharing knowledge. This is something I always do at work to my mates.

Doesn't explain how to make my ladder lock just slides up and down wont lock unless climbed while not locked and locking by hand then I have to do the same thing in reverse. So there is no way to get very high

I have to watch this whole series for college, and I'm genuinely surpised to see that all the other comments are from people who just wanted to watch a safety video.

12ft off the ground doesn't really bother me. 25ft off the ground with the extension ladder all the extended. Not a chance in hell I'll climb that

Very good, except I think you missed one of the most important things about using a ladder: the proper technique for getting down from the roof. It is NOT obvious. It is not self-explanatory. IT IS DANGEROUS.

That's what always scared me was the coming down off the roof since I only did it every couple of years.

If the ladder is extended 4 or 5 feet above the roof, you have something to hold on to when you stick your ass out over the roofline to step on the 6th rung down the ladder. Simple, not dangerous.

If you shouldn't stand on the step just below the top of a stepladder then why does the manufacturer put it there? If you do stand on that step and fall can you sue the manufacturer?

It's there for your knees and shins to lean into to support and balance yourself. If it weren't there, there would be an increased chance of falling. th-cam.com/video/n28tYo5T1Po/w-d-xo.html

Yeah well running to Lowes and spending over $250 on a new ladder isn't always feasable
