All of the people saying what will happen to this character performer don't know what they are talking about. There are precautions that every character performer is SUPPOSED to take to insure that, even if they fall, or even if someone tries to take off the character's head, it WON'T come off. These are things like chin straps, and devices that connect the head to the body in numerous different places. That being said, if this character performer didn't take the precautions they were supposed to, they probably were terminated (fired) from the company. They aren't just there if the character performer wants to use them. It's the performer's responsibility to insure the integrity of their character.
This one's my favorite because the head comes completely off. The Elastigirl one was bad as well but at least you couldn't see the performer inside, unlike this video.

She asked for some time off to recover from the lashing, so they lashed her another 15 times then fired her.

Looked to me like the right foot of the performer stepped on the edge of that trolley track and twisted her foot which is why she was limping off afterwards.
I know what caused the fall. The person that was playing Tigger had his hands draped around the their Shoulders, and by default that causes a weight displacement. If he had arms wrapped under by their arm pits it would have created a triangle support, and less likely the fall that it did . "always wear a Chin Strap"...
Queen of hearts: OFF WITH HIS HEAD! Haha, funny. But on a serious note, I hope Disney didn't fire the guy. It was just an accident, looks like his foot got caught in the rail line. He tried to put his head back on really quickly too.
Actually, yes, she probably did end up getting fired. Whether it was an accident or not, Disney doesn't take these things lightly at all. On a side note, the heads of characters have chin strap/helmet style support. Though tripping and falling may have been an accident, those characters head are typically secure enough to handle any kind of movement- the fact that the performer did not have it on properly would have obviously been taken into account.

Yes, she most likely did. That's a cause for immediate termination. Of course they made sure the actor was alright, but she was probably terminated from the job.
@JGinKorporated a lot of people who work as characters dont put the straps on cos they feel like they dont need it (i used to be goofy lol) its annoying... but in instances like this if they get caught not wearing it then they are instantly fired.
