    I listened to a relative talk about how, owning a BMW, or a Lexus meant you were wealthy.. I couldn't understand why someone would think that.. Meanwhile, I had just looked at buying a Lexus 6 months ago, but I decided on another vehicle...
    The poverty mindset, lives in debt and I mean debt that doesn't earn you money. Rental properties are usually purchased with debt, but they pay for themselves and then pay you and stocks with dividends do the same. That's the difference.
    A poverty mindset will keep you poor. You may have lots of things you purchased with debt, but your still paying a premium to have these.
    A wealthy mindset, purchases what you actually need and what's going to expand your revenue streams, or monthly income.
    A wealthy mindset, is a positive mindset nothing is out of their reach, they knkw they dont need all the answers now, and they will figure it out as they go along, creating their dream and increasing their wealth.
    A poverty mindset, self limits what they feel they can accomplish based on what others tell them, or negative past experiences.
    We all can choose a Wealth mindset, over a poverty mindset.

    Robert Kiyosaki's insights are eye-opening. The traditional path of 'go to school, get a job, work hard, save money, and invest for the long term' seems outdated, especially when they are printing trillions of dollars. Understanding the difference between poor, middle-class, and rich mindsets is crucial. Kiyosaki emphasizes that taking a paycheck can trap you in an employee mindset. True entrepreneurship is about mindset, skillsets, and operating by a different set of rules. It's about not being a slave to money and being adaptable.

    I just read a book written by an African immigrant, who was a cleaner and built up a property portfolio of more than $2.5 millions: THE SIX RULES OF FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE. Very easy to read and a step by step guide for anyone to implement quietly.

    Robert missed out.
    He said he does what he hates to get rich.
    So he is giving up happiness to get more money. His words are literally confirming what we all know. Money doesn't buy happiness. At the same time, someone enjoying their career is already at the top. Loving your life everyday is living your best life. Money can't buy contentment and joy.

      Money won't buy happiness, but it can help ease the pain. Most people in the world dislike what they do for a living.

    • @adamr8628
      @adamr8628 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @RebeccaLynne2046 True. People try many things to ease their pain.. Money, drugs, food, relationships. An illustration I use is that everyone has a void in their heart, like a puzzle piece. Only God will fill the void in someone's heart. But people try to fit other shaped pieces in, and it never fills that hole. It's incredible that millions of times over people that find a real relationship with their creator don't have need for other substitutes anymore. God gives joy, which is there all the time, regardless of circumstances. Happiness depends on what "happens" to a person, and is not reliable or sustainable. As far as careers, many people don't find a job that they really are excited to go to. And many people buy a larger house or nicer car than they can afford and are forced to work. I think a lot of people would be much happier if they downsized everything and lived debt free.

    Entrepreneurship is not just a profession or occupation, it is a lifestyle and a way of thinking. To be a successful entrepreneur, you need to have certain skills and knowledge, as well as follow certain rules and principles.
    The skills necessary for successful entrepreneurship include the ability to make decisions, analyze the market, develop strategies, manage risks, communicate with customers and partners, as well as the ability to work in conditions of uncertainty. In addition, an entrepreneur must be prepared for failures and be able to adapt quickly to changes.

    I didn’t quite understand. So shouldn’t I receive a paycheck when get one? Robert says the moment you take a paycheck - you’re an employee. So what do you do with it?😂

    • @lazvegaz
      @lazvegaz ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I take it as there are two types of income that one can have. The first one being the paycheck they receive every month or some sort after they work for someone or some employers, the second one being the passive income that they receive from the investment they make in some business or venture. The first income is taxable, because that person is just an employee and not contributing to the public job creation, and the second one has something that is called tax avoidance which means the passive income is not going to get tax if the person knows the loopholes or how to get tax write-off. It's legal and many entrepreneurs or business people or job creators do that, and it is the government's rewards for them for providing or creating business and jobs for other people.

He skips the idea that investing is easy. It is changing and RE is not like it use to be with all the anti-landlord regulations recently passed in Dem states. Be careful and invest wisely
