For the preservative,it is either you tell them to give you at the store where you bought your zobo leaves,if they know it or click the link a the end of this description box,it will take you to a WhatsApp channel,just take the name of the preservative,you can join the channel,I will be dropping contacts of zobo, Plastic and preservative vendors there from time to time
Now here is another thing most people won't tell you,how do you feel comfortable buying a pack of fruit juice and storing it for months before consumption or the ones you even buy from stores that weren't produced the day you bought them,try juicing on your own and leave it on the counter top for 24/48 hours AND see what happens to it,it will ferment and go bad,these presevatives are safe to use but don't lie to your customers about it,don't go "NO PRESEVATIVES ADDED" when you truly did add them on your label

And if your are customizing for someone like I always do,they get to choose what they want in their ZOBO,some of my zobo don't have ginger in them because some customers don't do well with ginger,some I sweeten with jaggery,while some have no sweetener at all,just different types of fruits(customers order),some don't have pineapples,MOST no presevatives as I produce and refrigerate immediately,but if your are storing it for a week or two without refrigerator then you should add the presevatives,if not it will ferment,also make sure you are able to tell your customer the truth if they ask.

It is 1TBSP(you heap it and not leveled) to 20 liters of zobo, note that you must have cooked strain and added all liquids(including the fruit juice) to get your measurement.

What's the name of the preservative
This is very detailed, thank you ma'am. Please ma'am, i will like to know why my zobo drink plastic got melt and expand in size after 2days. The plastic got to a point that it wasn't sitting on it on again because of it's expansion. I was really confused ma'am. One even busted and splashed on everywhe, the corked cover forcefully removed. Pls, i will be glad if u can tell me the reason.
I have never experienced this,but swelling is usually caused by fermentation, so I think your drink was not properly stored/preserved

Too much cloves or you didn't pick out other dried leaves that sometimes comes with the flower,you can use industrial flavour to get rid of the bitter after taste

Yes,they both have different functions,foster clark/industrial flavour is not a sweetener.

My question is
So I tried making zobo drink…I did exactly what you did then put my drinks in the freezer..the next day it became kinda watery after it defrosted…the taste changed…I was so confused and I lost customers cos of this….
What could have caused it?
The zobo was definitely thin/light before you froze it,freeze and defrost as much as you want,it will remain the same as long as your zobo is well made.

Haaaaa, why would anyone want to do that?the most I have done is 3weeks/4,biko don't try to preserve any drink for that long, produce what you need/can sell with-in 2-3weeks max
