The comic that corresponded to this bit of lore depicts Seer using his heirloom for this fight

Now that I know that there is at least SOME lore in Ash's heirloom (In the weapon itself), I like it a bit more. Valks heirloom being confirmed to not have any lore in the weapon itself confirms my "The only reason they gave her that spear is because of her name" theory
If I remember right there was a bit of lore not mentioned in the video. I don't remember if it's a voiceline or heirloom description but Valk mentions her mother was a martial artist which is why she learned to fight (with a spear).
@@riversmakris yeah but like think about it, they discovered hyper space travel, transferring minds into simulacrums, created AI good enough to operate giant killing machines, intergalactic space warfare, harvested black holes but the one illness that we all couldn't fight is dementia, a biology defect in some of our DNA.
3 things to mention 1. The raven didn’t tell Artur Bloodhound used the weapon. It was instead indicated by the burnmarks and the smell of the horn. 2. I have a theory that Octane’s knife likely belonged to Duardo (Torres) Silva with him using the stim to keep himself alive, he might have used the knife before he got the cane resulting in Octane somehow getting his hands on it. 3. Seer actually has some heirloom lore: On twitter there was a video showing seer fighting in the arenas using his heirloom, so it’s likely he is just using one of his arena weapons.
This was so fun to watch. Apex lore is so convoluted and all over the place it’s hard to keep up. I’m still searching for a good video on the whole story since I kind of tuned out a few seasons ago

Ditto, bud. They’ve forgotten us, but they’ll never forget the love we showed them. They know deep down that they’re precious to someone even if they don’t remember exactly who that someone is.
I have a theory for why simulacrums have blood. The reason I believe this is that when undergoing going this procedure of having a robotic bodie is that they still leave some of the major organs in the cold metallic body like brain, lungs, heart, nerves (not an organ), ect.
Wow Skeptation, this must be the longest video you've ever made. I hope you had fun making it because I had fun watching it. If this is your rework, I'm definitely loving it. genuinely such a nice video, so cool to get to know all this background info. I didnt even know fuse and bloodhound were in a relationship, thats so awesome
I think the reason octanes takes damage, doesnt receive damage resistance, and gets a speed boost stems from the fact only his legs get a boost. the flesh part of him still receiving some negative side effects cuz hes not full simulacrum, but hes still partly designed to handle the stim. your idea makes a lot more sense with healing from bullets though, not just the effects of stim.
About Seer, he might have a little lore-related secret in his heirloom. On his drawing of different styles of his nickname, you can see that he is covering the word "pariah" with his finger, and this word is scratched out. Due to this name was also found in the game files by dataminers, we can assume that "pariah" is either an old nickname of Seer (and an old codename for him in game files as well) or a completely different character in Apex legends lore, who is related to Seer somehow (apparently in a bad way, since this name is scratched out)
You forgot a key detail about Octane and stim. Only simulacrums would use stim (I'm referring to the stim pilot in multiplayer). Stim wasn't made to be consumed by humans very often, causing the damage to Octane because he uses stim so often
