@@ayah2894 i read in these comments that you shouldn't use shea moisture if you have low porosity hair because their products contain protein which will make that hair dry.

girl low porosity hair isn’t supposed to use shea moisture unless its low porosity line ... they have protein and it dries the hair and tangles it
I just realized that these products have protein in them! Do you know one that doesn’t have protein?
That makes sense as to why I wasn’t feeling the deep conditioner. I didn’t really pay attention to the protein content! Thanks for the info! ❤️

I heard that the jbco line isn't recommended for low porosity hair. Do you have any problems after using it? cause some people said it just made their hair dry and brittle
I thought I was the only one. This line is supposed to be for high porosity hair except for one product that is suitable for low porosity but I forgot the product (maybe the leave in)
what you think about castor oil prepoo for low porosity?
I tried the leave in from the line and it made my hair sooooo dry. Never again.

Hey, I personally love to use conditioners, herbs or oils as my prepoo before going in with the shampoo. I also prefer to detangle my hair before the shampoo process. Doing this keeps me sane on washdays 😆

I think she used the products in the wrong order! I love most Shea Moisture products, except their Wash & Go Line it doesn't work on my hair.. but the smoothie, the leave-in & the butters are great products for thick mixed textured hair.

I’ve seen many white products that are also expensive (sometimes even more) but the products do last a long time
