Every time I watch one of Babymetal's videos, they blow me away. I've been a metal head since the 80's, and they rock as hard as any band I've ever seen. With performers like these, metal has an awesome future ahead.
I agree, but I am also a bit sad, because I don't think BABYMETAL can top this, that means they have peaked. In the early preformances of this they were in their teens, making this more impressive. Now when they all are young adults, they are all talented but also measured against another scale.

Yui is most likely never coming back, so AMUSE needs to get over it and just add Riho metal , let the girl sing damn it..shes cute, a great dancer, singer... ! These girls are insanely talented, every song I feel like I'm about to destroy the most important quest of my life. man, as a former touring lighting director, i’m always jealous of the cats running stadium shows and this does not disappoint... the number of people and volume of work involved in setting up, running and tearing down their seemingly limitless budget is massive... i’m impressed.
That's also the problem with them. It's all totally manufactured and planned. It's Japanese metal KPOP. Fun to listen to and watch but very much a creation of music industry executives to make money.

If Babymetal is manufactured, then they are manufactured the same way a movie or Ferrari is, by hand and by skilled people who are passionate about their work. You can no doubt see the passion behind the songs, the whole aesthetic but also the main vocalist's singing, choreography, and crowdwork. You don't perform choreography and sing for an hour straight without working your ass off. Sure they didn't start off in a garage with a $50 budget, but Babymetal started off small and slowly climbed in popularity after years of hard work and touring. That's only when they started receiving a larger backing from their company, AMUSE. I think you'd be very surprised how a large percentage of artists and bands are 'manfuctured', Jonas Brothers, Linkin Park, Blue Oyster Cult, Sex Pistols, etc That's my opinion, anyways.

Once upon a time I heard a couple of their songs, but only recently I fully discovered this band. I don't know why but Japanese rock, pop and metal is some how able to bring out the positive energy. Especially baby metal. They kinda remind me of bring me the horizon in a way. I've always been a huge metal head since I was 8 years old back in the 80's with Slayer,Metallica, Seplitura and I was always a big misfits fan till death so this is definitely a big change but I like it.
What i love about this group is, They enjoyed dancing and performing with their own expression, and they know there will be lot of butthurt people who dislike in what they're doing but they don't give f**k and still doing it until now. 5:38 just sing back and she'll be genuinely happy like this :). People who hate them are jealous their little sister can't be half as cute as them 😛
Since today I heard and see many Metalbands and on Festivals like Graspop Metal Meeting and Wacken. Wow I have never seen such a Metalperformance in my Live. That positiv and bright shining in the Eyes of the Band shows so much all the Passion for the Music that I can feel it in my Heart. I dont understand just a single Word but the feeling is unbelievable.
I know they're a different band, different style... but the opening parts of this song kinda makes me think of Through the Fire and Flames! This is a refreshing new kind of metal I'd never heard before and I'm loving it...!
How foolish I was an opponent of Babymetal until a few years ago. However, as I really listened to Babymetal's music, I found that my heart, which should have been dead, was quickly coming back to life. This wonderful sense of liberation and freedom of movement and order and heart and pride. Why does so much power come to the heartstrings of my mind as the strings of my muscles pluck? Thank you BABYMETAL!
The crowd says it all. The musicians are tight as hell and the young ladies are really giving 110% to tell the story as well as entertain, and it is definitely entertaining. Rock on!

So am 53. Alpha metal male. Thought I heard every band, every genre of metal this planet has to offer. Some epic like Maiden to Dimmu Borgir to ambient djent dubstep to KORN. Then i come across Babymetal, Ningen ISU and Wagakki band etc. And life hasn't been the same ever since. My pc and mobile wall papers now sport samurai warriors, even the icons as you see here Then I reflect upon my life and then i see the connect.... I have a dragon tattoo on my right arm, a Japanese samurai warrior on my left I started my IKIGAI page on Facebook and many such coincidences.... No wonder Marty Friedman now lives in Tokyo.... Ningen ISU is so much metal than many bands quarter their age.......sometimes I find so much of MEGADETH type riffs in their music. Thank you, you tube, the guys who upload all this metal.......Babymetal makes me energetic and happy....their Gimme Choclate, Karate is mind-blowng. So much to learn.......so little time. The Gods of Metal are as good as rock musicians get. Babymetal has surprised me. So much sound with the petite front ladies. Great combo. Like oreos and milk. Watch their vids since 2016, still fascinated. I'm droppin $1,000 to see Within Temptation, I'd spend that for a Babymetal concert.

I don't know why but Japanese rock, pop and metal is some how able to bring out the positive energy. Especially baby metal. They kinda remind me of bring me the horizon in a way. I've always been a huge metal head since I was 8 years old back in the 80's with Slayer,Metallica, Seplitura and I was always a big misfits fan till death so this is definitely a big change but I like it.
What i love about this group is, They enjoyed dancing and performing with their own expression, and they know there will be lot of butthurt people who dislike in what they're doing but they don't give f**k and still doing it until now. 5:38 just sing back and she'll be genuinely happy like this :).
People who hate them are jealous their little sister can't be half as cute as them 😛

Тоже слушаю и смотрю пару лет как. Крутые тётки. Жаль, уже не те, что раньше. То, что они делали на сцене, требовало дохренища энергии и здоровья. В 14-16 лет прокачивать стадионы и 20-тысячные площадки так, "что-бы никто не ушел обиженным" - это запредельно.

Thought I heard every band, every genre of metal this planet has to offer.
Some epic like Maiden to Dimmu Borgir to ambient djent dubstep to KORN.
Then i come across Babymetal, Ningen ISU and Wagakki band etc.
And life hasn't been the same ever since.
My pc and mobile wall papers now sport samurai warriors, even the icons as you see here
Then I reflect upon my life and then i see the connect....
I have a dragon tattoo on my right arm,
a Japanese samurai warrior on my left
I started my IKIGAI page on Facebook
and many such coincidences....
No wonder Marty Friedman now lives in Tokyo....
Ningen ISU is so much metal than many bands quarter their age.......sometimes I find so much of MEGADETH type riffs in their music.
Thank you, you tube, the guys who upload all this metal.......Babymetal makes me energetic and happy....their Gimme Choclate, Karate is mind-blowng.
