Guys you are doing a great job of the SL. I'm really enjoying watching the progress. I've had a break from my project for the last month as I have been building a carport for much needed undercover space.
I'm a one made band who spent 12 months getting my workshop in order before I started on the car. Included in that was building a powder coating facility which I have used to do all the suspension on my car plus a few parts for good mates. Being a retired aerospace engineer I have love adherence to process. So my powder coating is really high end and includes outgassing everything before preparing the part for powder. I also used a zinc primer powder which bonds better to the substrate.

If you don't have a quality powder coater in mind I would be happy to quote you for my services.

There's quite a few videos on my channel, just sent a recent short video which shows the modified heater box fabrication and a pair of 961 Norton Dominator rear foot rest brackets.
