I used a rough start and stop period, that Nem, from when you used Deception for the second time to when you walked up to him and he hit you was a full on 30 seconds!

That was one of the most insane games I've ever seen of DBD. I felt for the killer some, but respect him as well for seeming to not just camp you and for not dcing after how badly he was destroyed the first chase. However, that escape especially was movie quality.
I have never been so invested in seeing someone escape. Also the perk icon usage was amazing for people who are new or dont play at all.

I've actually been running an almost identical build since the skin came out except I use built to last and a med kit for some self healing instead of the flash bang, seriously fun build but yeah tunnelling is a big issue with it.

I definitely think the Queen of Hearts should be the next killer. It'd fit in with the ending of the movies and DBD really just needs a good new killer under its belt to pull back from the last two monstrosities.
Edit, now that I've thought about it for a few seconds: I think that a moveset similar to the Executioner would be fun, and the Mori could undoubtedly be gnarly af. I don't know what the perks would be, but I'm thinking of a few potential options with aura-reading, maybe some Oblivious-inducing, something like that. Maybe her special ability could be a split between the Executioner's PotD and the Nemi AI's with the additional function of checking lockers or having some hivemind-esque thing once a Survivor's been spotted (I'm thinking of some ability where the Survivor is effectively "hidden" until a certain time within their field of vision, at which point they spot you and all rush over to give chase). She's also sorta known for her ridiculous outbursts when things go wrong, so maybe work in some pallet thing for the last perk, who knows? They don't even have to be good perks, just give her a good Special Ability that isn't zoning.
I think that it'd be an excellent addition to the roster.
