I think kintoki is tricky to rank at this moment, because he said that he didn't mess with Tartarus guards... but remembers, the guards are Demons of Solomon and there are at least 70 of them. Nostra is a trickster shapeshifter and maybe that's why he can enter tartarus: by tricking others. I would love him to just have many magical tools, like that one lie of Jacks, where his weapon was sack, that can produce anything, as long as it fits there.
And if we go with Mythical Kintoki... this guy is busted. He fought Raijin, that in some version of legends is even his Father, his title was "The Strongest man in all Japan" and he literally as a child lifted whole tree, like it was nothing
So my prediction would be the top of A or low S, becuase of japanese Bias and the fact, that I doubt any of the fighters, besides Simo, who can be tricky fighter like Jack, who is basically a normal human with busted weapon, would be lower than middle of A. I only pray for them to have unique fighting styles than other fighters, not another swordsman (Kintoki was a Samurai, so... I guess it would make sense, but If then want him to have sword, give him switch axe from Monster Hunter)

I like how Adam's technique is to copy God's techniques and the way people argue against him is saying he can't copy all god techniques. Yes, he can replicate immeasurable speed and time manipulation as well as Lizard Claws but manifesting a Pickle Jar is clearly beyond his power.
