Thinking of doing this trip next year. How did you select your spots to camp over night? Is it easy to find areas to lay a tent down or did you have locations planned ahead of time?

@@jasonmachado2500 great question, it is not easy at all to select a spot to camp, this river is so eroded from the damns and the ice break that finding a suitable place to set up camp is actually hard, we didn't have set places but found our best bet was to check out the islands when we got up to them, that or youl need to clean out a spot on the side of the river, fun trip and great fishing but forsure not easy for setting up camp

This trip was mid June, peak forest fire time in Ontario last year

Awesome ! Was this organized as a group trip, or did you just happen to be all doing the same trip and stick together.

It was organized as a group! The man in white, Steve, lived in moosonee for many years and has guided this exact trip years ago!
