Hi Billy, Fab stuff, probably would be a more spirited ride on the 1290, though those passes are really tight roads. Great footage though, luv it. Maybe a bit more of the bike dash. To see what's going on revs gears n stuff, kinda spice it up ☺
Ah yes very spirited indeed on the 1290! Great idea on including the dash. It’s a balance of representing the how steep and wonderful some of these rides are without the camera making everything flat. Will give the next one a wider frame to include dash 👍🏼👍🏼

Taken a camper van (T5) over there before and on one of the hairpin bends that also has a camber, it took about 8-9 gos at getting around there, the wheels kept on spinning lol. Great views though. Hi Adam. Yes you can drive this route. For cars it is a single lane route with passing points. Best early morning in my experience before the tourists hit the roads after breakfast 👍🏼. Cheers. Billy

I drove a 3 ton van over Wrynose , was on my way to Cleator Moor with my band to play a gig. Late feb , very little traffic. Hardknott was a bit trcky
