I saw Marti and Wet Wet Wet in the open hour on a glorious summer eve being at Chelsea barracks and it was fantastic! Must have been 7/8 years ago and they were amazing. I was sad to see him leave Wet Wet Wet but it’s great to see he’s still performing! He is definitely one of Scotland’s most talented performers and he’s been for decades!

( For those under 30, . . that actually does _not_ mean some kind of multicoloured adhesive 😄.. But it _does_ mean I'm extremely old! 😓... And that despite me holding onto tapes much longer than I should have ⌛📅. I digress ). If I play from 3:52 enough times, I could cry 😭. _Love_ what they did here with that bit!! 🥹. At his peak, nobody better, he had it all as a frontman. Ive always liked the Wets. But for me personally he cant do the bands music justice anymore his voice is done.
