  • Pete recorded himself for a month to show the ups and downs of living with dementia. Although Pete often finds he can live well with dementia, there are also times when his Alzheimer's makes life extremely difficult.

    My mother in law has just been diagnosed, it's so hard for my wife atm. Pete as an Army veteran of 35 years, I honestly salute you, my friend. What a truly remarkable individual you are. We are currently going through the lengthy process of try to get my mother in law the care she needs on a daily basis as a (military) widow. It's not easy but the AS has been a great help. Thank you for the courage it took to make this video. Stay strong, my fellow brother, in arms.
