Absolutely I agree with you. I did this analysis with one of my cousins properties. He invested 6 lakhs after 18 years the value of that property is 1.8 crores. Same thing I have calculated with the axis Blue chip fund assuming if he has invested, when compared the value of 6 lakhs is around 5 crores
6 lakhs lumpsum amount with 12% return for 18 years would be 46 lakhs.... through the property he got 21% return.....I don't know how you got the calculation of 5 crores...then the return should be 28%.... I don't think bluechip fund gives 28%

Absolutely I agree with you. I did this analysis with one of my cousins properties. He invested 6 lakhs after 18 years the value of that property is 1.8 crores. Same thing I have calculated with the axis Blue chip fund assuming if he has invested, when compared the value of 6 lakhs is around 5 crores
6 lakhs lumpsum amount with 12% return for 18 years would be 46 lakhs.... through the property he got 21% return.....I don't know how you got the calculation of 5 crores...then the return should be 28%.... I don't think bluechip fund gives 28%
