Oh thank you so much for adding the English subtitles. I decided to just jump in the deep end with Finnish. Hahaha My vocabulary is only a bit more than 100 words, but I can still follow what you say and recognise many words. With the subtitles the learning becomes faster because I don't need to look up the unknown words in a translator/dictionary. :)

Thank you for these subtitled Finnish language videos. This is going to sound weird, but would it be possible to have Finnish subtitles? I used the autotranslate, but autotranslate does not use the sound as a base , but the English subtitles. Translating the English to Finnish leads to a few marked differences. The reason is, I need to focus on Finnish, and reading English while listening to Finnish is hard to do at the same time. So once I understand the meaning of words, I would really like to follow along the Finnish sound in Finnish subtitles. I do get that this is a lot more work, I just wonder whether this is feasible. My request is for just Finnish, not Finnish+English on the same screen: it takes a lot of space, and it is confusing to see both languages. Other than that, please keep up the good work! I really enjoy these videos.
A.J. Bonnema You are absolutely right, Finnish subtitles would be a good thing. I have added Finnish subtitles to a couple of videos (the newest ones) and I will continue adding them as soon as I can. Thank you for your comments!
The most important part about learning Finnish, is that you must make sure you KNOW the person before you can start saying "good morning" to them. Preferably you have known the person for like 10 years - you can´t just go saying good morning to random people
I love Finnish and language Culture .. but there is no to mucho material to learn on the Web ... There is a chaine of Languages channel called Easy Languages ... there are videos for Easy German , French etc .. May be you can help them to star the First Episode of Easy Finnish. Your videos are helpful though
