The whole point of this is to not trash yourself so your body can recover. The whole point is to do this without roids because roids extends your muscle building opportunity beyond the stimulation from a workout. Natty's only get that stimulation from workouts, so you train more frequently but you don't kill yourself.
I think it makes sense, construction workers and anyone that needs to lift a lot of weight everyday gets stronger, they don't trash their bodies everyday, they just use them. If anything this should make the most sense of any workout scheme in the world.

    • @texastorres3505

This is similar to why runners run everyday,
If they are training for a marathon, 26.2 miles, they dont go run 26.2 miles everyday. They run 8, 9, 10, 15 miles 5-6 times a week. They chip at it and over the course of a week runners can accumulate 40, 60, 70, 100 miles a week. How much sense would it make if a runner ran 40, 50, 60 miles in a single day? If you need to train for 26.2 then surely by running 40 miles in a single day, youve burnt yourself out.
By that logic, if you are destroying chest and shoulders and can only get in 2 days a week, perhaps you are doing too much and its taking you too long to recover. Perhaps by doing less per day, you can accumulate more per week.

Great advice. Jever chase fatigue, don't let your workouts wear you out. This is someone who's in tune with his mind and body and knows when to call it quits. Seek performance and consistent poundages on the bar.

I Was Lost For Years In My Chasing Fatigue Workouts , Yes I Built Perfect Amount Of Mass But Lost Lots Of Mental Health And Motivation . I Heard About This Program 2 Years Ago But I Was Doing 5x5 Routine Which Is Fairly Good But I Stopped Progressing Not Like I Expected And Switched To Other Routines I Create . This Period Of Time I Felt Like I Don't Need No More Challenges In Life Because I'm So Fatigued And Tired . I Switched Now To Built For Bad This Month And I'm Going To Tell You First Time To Be This Powerful And I PR Every Monday . Thank You mr.Christian .

I started doing this 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 in my own training with squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and benching, on their respective days. My strength has improved, Ive gotten a little bigger and thicker. Highly recommend. Soon I am going to post on my channel exactly how I run my splits and incorporate this training program.

Using peds alone requires a lot of knowledge to do it the right way and won't make anyone look like him without it and the hard work. Using roids is not an insult, at some point, you need them to go further.

Maybe he just looks bigger on screen than he actually is, I mean I thought Jeff Nippard was on roids until I realized how tiny that guy is lol

he's doing a 5,4,3,2,1 rep scheme in a circuit with the trap bar, overhead, lat pulldown, and curl. he says in the video to go light and gradually ramp up the weight but not to much that he can't do the same exercises everyday. if he feels like he didn't do enough he'll do a couple more single reps. but he prefers to stop early so he can do more later then go too heavy and not be able to preform everyday
