Sam Houston National Forest timber rattlesnakes

I was hiking in the Sam Houston forest and walked up on a pair of timber rattlesnakes. I was within 3 ft of them when they gave me a warning.
Not the best video but I did not want to get close to them

It was not on a main trail. I was hiking in to a hunt area. It was close to forest service rd 222
