I noticed women typically respond to conversation pieces with theirselves rather than asking questions. I noticed from observation. Example: Man 1: this sucks man, I don't know what to do about her. Man 2: what do you want to do about it? What are you thinking? That sucks, man. Versus Woman 1: this sucks. I don't know what to do about him! Woman 2: yeah in my case... Or Woman 2: That reminds me of when I...
This video was very interesting to watch/listen to. I noticed that they mostly covered just "office" jobs and didn't really hit on other jobs across the board. In the U.S., all federal jobs start out at the same pay for that particular job and pay rate. It's mostly the private sector that this "ballooning" takes place. If a male and female both enter a job at the same skill level, they will most likely receive the same pay. Being a long time worker, disabled veteran and former DOD employee, I've done my level best to raise my children to be workers and managers. Two of my daughters are now managers and my sons are still at home in school going through the learning process. My daughters did not ASK to be managers. They were offered the position based upon their work ethic and overall willingness to get things done and handle stressful situations. Men don't often get "offered" positions of authority. They have to apply for them just like everyone else even when their work ethic is better than the others in his shop or office. I'm teaching my sons this and I've already taught my daughters this while still giving the pointers on how to negotiate a tough dog eat human world. You get what you work for and you must show as well as apply your skills for anything more. "Thus saith the universe".
