- Well it's the perfect weather for a Sunday cruise and this week I decided to join the East Coast Female Riders group for a ride. We covered about 400km on some country roads and had lunch at Theebine Hotel. Group rides are good fun!

It was a great day. Not too many roads out this way that I haven't crossed off the map, so glad to find some new ones on such a nice day.

Great ride Stacey. I haven't been on the section between Biggenden and Kilkivan, looks like a few twisties in that section. Perfect riding weather here this time of year. Yes, great burgers at Theebine. Enjoyed watching your ride...🏍️🌞🇦🇺👍🏼
There were some nice twisties near Childers too which would have been fun... but I was stuck behind a caravan... less than ideal haha! I'll definitely be back at Theebine. That steak burger really hit the spot. Thanks for watching

Heya Papa Smurf! 👋 I was so bummed that I couldn't get to the Cane Toad. Very glad to be back on the bike now though. I really wasn't sure how long the ankle would take to heal. Geez knees and ankles... not fun when they decide to do their own thing! I'm REALLY looking forward to the Frosty Dingo! Feel like I haven't been motocamping since Tassie!!

We were preparing for our ride today and my camera mount broke too. Luckily I was just putting my mount on the helmet. Interesting it was the same part, (a 90 degree turn) that broke on mine in the same place!
Nice back roads you ladies were riding on. Those little old roads can lead you to discover new things and places to see.
The other benefits to riding g with others is they can show you new routes. Cheers Smithy

Was that a mod on your bike the indicator for what gear you are in?
