Sure they're meant to. Every old arcade game that ever existed displayed graphics at the refresh rate of the screen that was used. In nearly every case, that's NTSC at 60Hz, meaning 60fps. You have a point in that you wouldn't miss much with this game: the only thing that people might notice at a slower frame rate is when Mappy suffers a miss, because that spin would be a bit choppier and that little shake he does might not be visible.
Don't worry.........plaaay mappy....don't worry play mappy now oooh oooh oooh..etc😁 On a serious note they were not letting you win at11:30. You got mad mappy skills though bro

I love the theme song and bonus rounds themes but I love the Mappy earnings theme and game over themes EVEN MORE !!!!!
