Ive always believed that Kali is gonna play a pretty decent sized role in the series conclusion. I think shes gonna play a part in helping Eleven get strong enough to be able to challenge Henry too
There was actually a small mention of 008 by Henry himself he said "do you remember a few years ago, some woman came to see you, this would've been shortly before 008 left"
Literally just a tiny Itty bitty mention does not mean the character is going to come back. The brothers just had to mention it because if they didn't then people would be calling it a Plot hole.
Exactly thank you. If they did that it would make the rest of series pointless because of all the character development, actions of characters, and relationships would be erased and the only thing we as a viewer would be doing is asking why should I even care if it’s all gonna be erased
Plus I don’t think people would be willing unless there was literally no other way - Mike and El never would’ve met, for example, and I don’t think that’s something the characters would be willing to do.
For the last theory, they also mention X-men issue 134 back in the very first episode. An issue that is a part of the Dark Phoenix story that mentions the Hellfire Club by name on the cover
I'm thinking Will might end up becoming the final antagonist. Since him and Vecna are connected since season 1, that may lead to Vecna possibly using Will as a host or something like that. That would definitely bring more attention to Wills character, which I feel they definitely want to try to do in season 5.
Yeah especially since he spent all of season 4 being ignored, neglected and maybe rejection from Mike could push him further away from the group in future.
the annoying thing about will becoming a host for Vecna (again) is that it strips him of his agency and puts him firmly into more of plot-device territory, which is what has been done to him for the past 3 seasons (since he was barely in the fourth one). I think a more interesting path for his character is to give him actual autonomy instead of turning him into a puppet again. But hey, as long as he has an actual role in the story again I won't be picky pft
@@disconsolate3235 Exactly. They really need to have him rise above Vecna's control, and for God's sake, his friends need to start finally giving a shit about him!
I love how season 4 reminds me of a nightmare on elm street clone but it really does it well. Funny enough my friends were talking about Robert England when all of a sudden, he popped up as victor creel which surprised us like crazy.
It feels kinda weird that in a nightmare on elm street he played a character who stalked people in their dreams and tortured them in their dreams and in S4 he played a character who was tortured in his dreams Oh how the tables turn
I just let 2, 5+ minute ads play through for ya, if that’s a not a true testament of my appreciation I don’t know what is lol. All jokes aside I’m really looking forward to working with you in the future, keep up the great work!
The Chernobyl part reminds me of a story written like 2 years ago about the Chernobyl disaster being a cover up for a soviet teleport device. And the MC’s best friend in the story is killed by a monster that came out of that teleport device
I, personally, really loved the Kali episode. I understood her plight and it really got me invested in the lore of the lab and what could have happened with the other numbers. I also think the journey was so important for El’s development, getting to have agency in where she went and choosing to go back to her family. For a child who had no freedom her whole life and no ability to choose peace or violence. I hope Kali comes back for s5
The other thing that got me about Kali/008 is she (so far as we've been shown or stated in the show) the only one that cast illusions in people's minds. All the other kids are telekinetics. 11 has telepathy and telekinesis like 001.
@@optimisticnihilist3417 Exactly. When 008 is different would imply this. But once they introduce this idea the only other abilities being shown in the kids are telekinesis.
The funny thing is Kate Bush doesn't copyright any of her music, so anyone can use her songs for free but she still made a sweet chunk from streaming royalties
I just wanna say, Steve was never that bad of a guy, even in Season 1. He had shitty friends, yes, but he shut them down whenever they were being shitty, and once he saw them for the bullies they were, Steve ditched them. Considering the things he knew in Season 1, his behaviour is always understandable, even if he might have gone too far calling Jonathan and his entire family a bunch of screw ups.
In my rewatch of the series I actually liked S2E7 a lot more than I did the first time. It’s pretty random considering it’s tone and the characters but it’s a vital part of Els story
i do believe the duffer brothers said there would be a significant time jump to make the character's appearance more match their age but im not sure how they would do that :/ if anyone has heard different please let me know :)
They would probably have footage made already for the first few episodes and then have a time skip to what they are like now, they already are like 20 so they can pull it off
I think they’re saying the first 2 episodes will follow S4 and the following would have a time jump of a few years (some say the show will go into the 90’s) 😳
Yeah it will be difficult to explain away a few years of inactivity when S4 ended with the gates of hell being opened. And I don't think Eleven would wait that long to fight Vecna if she will probably have to fight him to bring back Max.
I don’t remember where but i read the time gap is to also to let Vecna heal to fight 11. As for how the residents of Hawkins will live through the time gap, Max, and how people will feel about Jason & Eddie’s death goes beyond me.
the best et reference was they were riding on the bikes and instead of making the bikes fly like et, they flip the vans that were chasing them. the show should've just been an anthology. mainly because the title makes way more sense as an anthology
Actually, Eight *was* mentioned - by Henry before he became Vecna. "Do you remember, when Eight was still here?" It's possibly a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but it's there.
Canonically retconning the chernobyl disaster into upside-down related fuckery is tasteless and it probably won't happen lol. What's more likely I think, is that since a similar large-scale unfathomable disaster has happened within hawkins at the end of S4, the occurance of another disaster on the other side of the world will add more believability and nuance to hawkin's stream of apocalyptic events, as civillians simply chalk it up to 'living in strange times'. Maybe the general public will even start to theorize that something nuclear-related is going on in the town, and was the cause of the earthquake, or the unusual weather seen at the end of S4. It wouldn't be a stretch either, since bombs set off earthquakes all the time, and nuclear winter looks pretty similar to the upside-down's weather.
I saw an interview where the Duffer brothers said season 5 will be set in Hawkins having the original cast coming back together rather than having so many different locations like in the last seasons. They also said no more new characters and that “Max’s coma is incredibly relevant to season 5”.
Also, I’d like to know if the Duffers were inspired by Metroid Prime 2 when designing the Upside Down. Dark Aether has the same look and feel as the UD/: a dark, decaying mirror world with horrifying monsters who want to take over the light side, ashy particles in the air and a toxic atmosphere.
As soon as season 3 ended, I was amazingly intrigued at the choice of location for hopper's location within Siberia seeing as how Kamchatka is home to the second most intense earthquake in recorded history. I unfortunately forgot which year it happened and expected it to happen on screen, and I feel really kinda dumb for that assumption, but it was actually in the 50s. Which implies that the Russians have known about the Upside down decades before anyone in the United States did, except for, maybe, that one little Creel boy.
My favourite ET reference is the Flip. Of course, we know El can make things fly, and movies love to imitate the scene where ET makes the kids fly off, but of course, it wouldn't be Stranger Things if they just copied it. No, instead, they made us think they would, just to then make the scene their own.
Holy cow!!! I have the same theory!!! My Theory: The upside down is stuck on Will's birthday, which indicates that Vecna has the ability to stop time in the upside down. Vecna can also show future events. But if Vecna has the ability to control time, Eleven should have the same ability as well. When the glass coke bottle scene occurred at the end of Vol. 2, the spinning clockwise represented the hands on the clock. Any time Eleven is seen with a Coca Cola can, she's exhibiting the use of her power. Like a normal clock, the hands can turn clockwise or counter-clockwise. We've seen events where characters have gone back in the past, specifically to see Henry Creel's young self in Vol.2. My prediction is that I think Eleven will go back in time using her mind and destroy the grandfather clock that Henry Creel began using when he was a boy. This would prevent future events, the upside down merging with the real world, and all characters killed throughout in the series.
What if Eleven is the one who froze time and Vekna is mostly just pissed about it because she brought his entire world to a stand-still. (He was happy off on his own exploring the new world before she pierced into the in-between again.)
They've less gone away more made it less obvious for example...El is kas(not Eddie) At the beginning of the season in the dnd game Eddie says vecna is still alive injured his left eye and his hand and everyone is shocked and says "kas killed him" then in EP 9 we see when Henry is wandering the upside down one of his eyes is burned and as good as gone and even with the hive mind you can distinctly see a difference in his hands as if the shadow monster hive mind merge fixed his injured hand. In EP 7 El helps Henry, and is kinda his right hand man or at least vecna wants her to be but El "kills" Henry/vecna/001 we all think kas(El) killed him, them they roll an 11 and it's not enough 11 alone can't kill him they needed all 20 or 22 or how ever many are in the party to rid vecna or at least momentarily stop him
Yeah I interpreted that also that way. Row foreshadowed the ending of S4. El being Kas and that vecna did not entirely die by Kas/Els hands. Rolling 11 meant that she isn't enough too defeat him again or rather finally. The 20 is probably the man power in numbers at the end. Having 4 to 5 in Russia and I counted around 15 people in the US, so that would make sense.
On Chernobyl, Duffer brothers have already said there will be a sizeable time skip so the little to no time skip probably isn't correct. I'd estimate a year or two will be skipped
Another iceberg thing about hellfire: the part in which the club is called satanic and such is very logical for the time. DND was shown by politicians as something that could actually make people satanical. The game has gone through a very rough history, even though it's literally just whatever the creator thinks of. This means it's tied to the plot just like the MD experiments
One thing you are wrong about is there is no mention of 8 or flashbacks of 8. There is a scene where 11 and 8 are playing together in the rainbow room in one of her flashbacks, and Henry mentions her in his monologue. Kali is Chekov's Gun. There was no reason for that episode, that character, or the mentions of her if she does not play a role in the finale. Hawkins is going to be national news, and Kali knows that is where she originated.
Hi, I'm from Brazil and I really like your channel. You made me watch it's always sunny in philadelphia because of your video ranking the episodes of the series and thank you; because it became one of my favorite series. I wanted to ask you if there is any chance of you doing this same style of video ranking the episodes only with Community? P. S: sorry for my english, i'm using google translator
one of the things that upset me is when the audience has to look for answers to questions in the main plot in other media. i love reading books and comics but forcing me to buy them if i need important plot details or the ending is just wrong.
So I saw a theory that ties back to DnD...in DnD lore Venca is killed by a vampire...bats killed Eddie and he has bats tattooed on him arm...Eddie could become the vampire that kills Vecna
awesome stuff as usual man! ever thought of doing a lost iceberg? I don't believe anyone else has done it and I would love to see you cover it as well as your take on the series!
I feel like as soon as vecna is completely destroyed all of the test subjects powers may start to disappear as the main cause of the powers is completely gone
The Eddie/Kas theory is one I’m very fond of. Though I know in my heart it would cheapen Eddie’s sacrifice, but to have him brought back as a mind controlled ‘puppet’ of Vecna next season (until presumably the power of love and or friendship brings him back) would be something to see
Earlier this week I decided to re-watch from the beginning and I had forgotten just how much of an ass Steve was in the first season since it's so far from the Steve we see in Seasons 3 & 4. I am glad changes were made to his character as Steve & Dustin have become my favourite duo. I hope they stay away from time travel it's just too easy to do it badly and cause a lot of holes in the storyline. If someone were to go back in time and stop 001 from being banished to the upside down so that none of the other things would happen in Hopkins the whole 5 seasons we have watched will have been for nothing because none of it would have happened which would be incredibly annoying. I'm not sure Eleven will end up being the last villain but I do think there's a strong possibility that she will have to die in order for the upside down to either be closed off or cease to exist
Hounds of Tindalos should be on there. I think that's what the first season was inspired by. Also, I think the shows name come from a story called "Pickman's Model'.
I think Eleven will heal the rip between both worlds. It would totally suck if turns bad primarily because she didn’t want anything to do with Henry’s plans for a world they could control. She now has healing powers and I think this isn’t exclusive to Max or the rip Henry created. I think she will directly help all members of the main characters. She’s helped heal Hopper by giving him a second chance with a daughter he lost. She continues to fight evil unselfishly risking her own life. She’s in a sense a cure to the virus that is ripping her loved ones lives apart.
Bikes were a massive deal in the 80s. BMX bikes were huge back then and every kid wanted one or had one. You'll see any 80s movie like Goonies, ET , Rad etc. All featured bikes. BMX bikes were as much of any 80s childhood as He-man, hair spray, Cyndi Lauper and Star Wars action figures.
Okay, so what if Eleven decides to sever the connection between Vecna and the Mind Flayer to turn Vecna back into Henry somehow, but in the process she is possessed by the Mind Flayer and becomes Dark Pheonix until she sacrifices herself to save everyone else?
I always thought it was a glaring contradiction that some parts of the government were so threatened by El and other's powers when 2-3 people were murdered, when in reality they are willing to take 1,000 of peoples lives in collateral for much less powerful weapons. Especially season 4 the military trying to kill her on sight and anyone related to it was absurd.
I think it would've been cool to switch up the cast every season but keep the upside down constant. While I love the cast, and it would've been weird it could have been other members of Hawkins. Like the science teacher, etc. Then have everyone slowly come together.
I gave in the other day and finally started watching stranger things for the very first time promising myself in the past I would wait for every season too come out because when I watch a show I wanna watch it all so I blocked out any talk about it for so long and finding out season 5 is dropping in *2 years* I broke and decided it’s time but I am bitter sweet disappointed because I love this show so much and the binge has too be stopped soon cause welp season 5 is awhile away that won’t stop me from re watching 1-4 now for the next *2 years* lol
Lol I just decided today to rewatch all 4 seasons until 5 comes out. There’s a ton of Easter eggs and things to pay attention to anyway so it’ll be good to have more of the story while reviewing old seasons before 2024!
Based on the D&D character Vecna, someone (Eddie, Will, Kali, El) would have to play the role of Vecna's right-hand man and betray him at the last minute. But I don't think the Duffer Brothers will copy that same storyline since it wouldn't be a surprise to fans. But they still might. They basically said they copy the storylines of Star Wars too, and season 4 was their Empire Strikes Back..so season 5 would be their Return of the Jedi (?) Would be an interesting idea to explore in another video
16:13 i thought the duffer brothers confirmed a time skip for season 5 in multiple interviews? iirc they kept saying they needed an explanation for why the actors look so much older than their characters now
"The Nether". I wholeheartedly believe that "Through The Never" (which can be phonetically interchanged in my opinion) would have been more fitting! I love Metallica and Master of Puppets but the lesser known song would have made more sense!
Let's keep in mind with the 30 page upside down paper, Steve was supposed to stay an asshole, the series was originally an anthology, etc. There is nothing that says anything in the 30 pages is like a Bible that's set in stone. I'd assume it informs the Duffer's writing, less than that it's any kinda guide. They'll shape things in the upside down around the story and vice versa as needed.
During the Pagan Fall, November 6, 1983 was when the album from Metallica, was seen in stores. By Christmas, it was a must have item. The album was called Master of Puppets. Soon after all the horror movies were about Killer Dolls and Puppetmaster.
There’s going to be a new stranger things show that has to do with season 5. The duffer brothers confirmed this. So the time travel thing wouldn’t make sense if the new series has to do with season 5. Unless they are going back in time to before any of this happened? Not sure that would make sense though since 11 created the upside down when she sent 001 into it.
It makes so much sense that it was planned as an anthology. They very clearly didn't have as good of an idea of how to make things work for seasons 2 and 3. It took years for them to develop the ideas needed to make season 4 such a banger.
I do kind of wish ST was an anthology series, but kept the same cast and added to it, like AHS. There is an anthology series on Hulu called Monsterland that not enough people talked about. I think it was episode five or six in which at the end, I just looked at my sister and we both burst into tears.
I wish there was an anthology series like stranger things. The thing we loved about it is that is was 100% a new 80s show, in style and feature. It didn't follow modern conventions. And let's be real, it isn't "nostalgia" that brought us in (I was born in the 90s), but the high quality and interesting movies of the 80s that were so influential. Also, it's wonderful seeing kids depicted as kids and not cell-phone, tablet welding zombies. Young kids are remarkably the same as they ever were.
I'm sorry but Steve was NEVER THAT BAD. People are glazing over the fact Nancy is the actual worst???? Them setting the two back up is absolutely destroying the show for me lol HE DESERVES BETTER
In my honest and completely personal opinion: it should have been an anthology series or at least introduce some way different elements by season two or three. I feel like everything after season one that directly change or retcon things just make the whole show worse. For me this is especially apparent in season four with the "one all along" shit.
I have not seen anyone make this connection….. Dustin’s outfit in episode 9 reminds me of Red Dawn the original…… when the kids are kicking the Cubans butt…… that movie scared me

Exactly thank you. If they did that it would make the rest of series pointless because of all the character development, actions of characters, and relationships would be erased and the only thing we as a viewer would be doing is asking why should I even care if it’s all gonna be erased
Yeah I hate that certain characters have died, but that would be a cop out ending.
Kind of how Stephen King ended and relooped the Dark Tower series. Not the best ending so to say.
Plus I don’t think people would be willing unless there was literally no other way - Mike and El never would’ve met, for example, and I don’t think that’s something the characters would be willing to do.
My favorite reference is when they're in Nevada and shout "GET OFF THE ROAD!" It was definitely a reference to LOTR and I loved it !
“QUICK!!!”
1000% my dude
Nice..I missed that one. Love it
For the last theory, they also mention X-men issue 134 back in the very first episode. An issue that is a part of the Dark Phoenix story that mentions the Hellfire Club by name on the cover
But I think Dark Phoenix will be Max, not Eleven.
It will be Will.
@@xcallisto_ but he is pure cinnamon roll, don't put those thoughts in my head
the annoying thing about will becoming a host for Vecna (again) is that it strips him of his agency and puts him firmly into more of plot-device territory, which is what has been done to him for the past 3 seasons (since he was barely in the fourth one).
Will... who's that? There's a Will in this show? They saved him in season 1 and then he just. Oh I don't remember what happened he just disappeared.
I love how season 4 reminds me of a nightmare on elm street clone but it really does it well. Funny enough my friends were talking about Robert England when all of a sudden, he popped up as victor creel which surprised us like crazy.
the season was inspired by 80s horror
Ya, when I saw Robert England I said welcome to my world bitch
It feels kinda weird that in a nightmare on elm street he played a character who stalked people in their dreams and tortured them in their dreams and in S4 he played a character who was tortured in his dreams
Oh how the tables turn
The way they did it to make us all feel like we materialized him… all together like a hive-mind… genius
I just let 2, 5+ minute ads play through for ya, if that’s a not a true testament of my appreciation I don’t know what is lol. All jokes aside I’m really looking forward to working with you in the future, keep up the great work!
What a bro
Hi exetendee
@@grimmwolf6711 yooo what’s up grim
The 1 person with this opinion
The other thing that got me about Kali/008 is she (so far as we've been shown or stated in the show) the only one that cast illusions in people's minds. All the other kids are telekinetics. 11 has telepathy and telekinesis like 001.
i saw a theory that vecna also has those powers since he can show people things like the clock and chrissy’s parents
maybe if she is powerful enough or can learn learn el can even do it too
@@alliepearce8384 yeah, he also made his parents see things
I always took this as an implication that the test subjects each have their own somewhat unique abilities.
@@optimisticnihilist3417 Exactly. When 008 is different would imply this. But once they introduce this idea the only other abilities being shown in the kids are telekinesis.
I'm still mad that they killed Eddie, Chrissy, and Alexei. I'll add Barb for good measure, I guess.
Dude, if they go with time travel i will be livid. that is the worst plot line that so many franchises fall into and it ruins the entire work.
It’s such a wonky concept that it’s borderline impossible to pull off in a serious storyline
I mean he was mad. His gf cheated kn the creep who he had been protecting her from.
@@environmentaly7894 Well, she didn't actually cheat on Steve, but he didn't know that. Sure looked like it to him.

In my rewatch of the series I actually liked S2E7 a lot more than I did the first time. It’s pretty random considering it’s tone and the characters but it’s a vital part of Els story
The 2nd person with this opinion
i do believe the duffer brothers said there would be a significant time jump to make the character's appearance more match their age but im not sure how they would do that :/ if anyone has heard different please let me know :)
They would probably have footage made already for the first few episodes and then have a time skip to what they are like now, they already are like 20 so they can pull it off
I think they’re saying the first 2 episodes will follow S4 and the following would have a time jump of a few years (some say the show will go into the 90’s) 😳
I’ve heard this as well
Yeah it will be difficult to explain away a few years of inactivity when S4 ended with the gates of hell being opened. And I don't think Eleven would wait that long to fight Vecna if she will probably have to fight him to bring back Max.
I don’t remember where but i read the time gap is to also to let Vecna heal to fight 11. As for how the residents of Hawkins will live through the time gap, Max, and how people will feel about Jason & Eddie’s death goes beyond me.
the best et reference was they were riding on the bikes and instead of making the bikes fly like et, they flip the vans that were chasing them.
the show should've just been an anthology. mainly because the title makes way more sense as an anthology
actually the title still fits, because things just keep getting stranger each season
Actually, Eight *was* mentioned - by Henry before he became Vecna. "Do you remember, when Eight was still here?"
It's possibly a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but it's there.
I'm sure it's just coincidence. The dark alternate dimension is an incredibly common trope.
@@chriserony that’s a good one.
Will's birthday is in March not November
They've less gone away more made it less obvious for example...El is kas(not Eddie) At the beginning of the season in the dnd game Eddie says vecna is still alive injured his left eye and his hand and everyone is shocked and says "kas killed him" then in EP 9 we see when Henry is wandering the upside down one of his eyes is burned and as good as gone and even with the hive mind you can distinctly see a difference in his hands as if the shadow monster hive mind merge fixed his injured hand. In EP 7 El helps Henry, and is kinda his right hand man or at least vecna wants her to be but El "kills" Henry/vecna/001 we all think kas(El) killed him, them they roll an 11 and it's not enough 11 alone can't kill him they needed all 20 or 22 or how ever many are in the party to rid vecna or at least momentarily stop him
I just sat here going... "Hm. 11 + 8 + 1 = 20"... Wondering if those numbers have any significance at all to the plot.
Having 4 to 5 in Russia and I counted around 15 people in the US, so that would make sense.
haha i made a theory almost the exact same
@@BladesOfMunch yes, i think she needs 9 more ppl to help her
On Chernobyl, Duffer brothers have already said there will be a sizeable time skip so the little to no time skip probably isn't correct. I'd estimate a year or two will be skipped
Steve went from a throw away character to one of my favorites
Elevens Sister and her group of friends also kinda reminded me of The Runaways especially since the could also be considered Mutants of some sorts
funnily enough, the song playing when eleven arrived in the city where her sister lived, is called Runaway by Bon Jovi
@@DocLL They also play a song by The Runaways in that episode lol, “Dead End Justice.”
@@DocLL kinda funny that Bon Jovi’s son is now engaged to Millie aka Eleven
At the end of episode 9, the male reporter that was doing a news segment could support your theory
Hello! Thanks for watching! I’ve thought about doing that but a friend of mine is planning on something similar and I don’t want to step on his toes
When the universe was created this made a lot of people mad and was wildly considered a bad idea.
one of the things that upset me is when the audience has to look for answers to questions in the main plot in other media. i love reading books and comics but forcing me to buy them if i need important plot details or the ending is just wrong.
So I saw a theory that ties back to DnD...in DnD lore Venca is killed by a vampire...bats killed Eddie and he has bats tattooed on him arm...Eddie could become the vampire that kills Vecna
it would be cool if eddie’s uncle can partake in killing vecna and he knows what really went on
When Steve cane back to Will's house with a bat he sold me.
awesome stuff as usual man! ever thought of doing a lost iceberg? I don't believe anyone else has done it and I would love to see you cover it as well as your take on the series!
I feel like as soon as vecna is completely destroyed all of the test subjects powers may start to disappear as the main cause of the powers is completely gone
Can I be honest, I didn’t really notice season 2 episode 7 was bad when I was watching I only was told it was bad after 🤣
The Eddie/Kas theory is one I’m very fond of.
Literally in season 4 when Dustin was calling in a phone booth you could see and E.T. reference
i never clicked a video so fast after seeing eddie on the thumbnail
Spoiler:
You're currently in the upside-down in an MK Ultra mind control simulation... We just haven't noticed yet. 😉
Hounds of Tindalos should be on there. I think that's what the first season was inspired by.
Also, I think the shows name come from a story called "Pickman's Model'.
I’m pretty sure the entry of Dungeons & Dragons is referring to the theory that the entire plot is just a campaign.
i mean, tht kind of goes without saying tbh
The upside down text at 17:53 "Characters do not regain any hit points.... Magical healing still works". Could we bring Eddie back with magic? :D
Eleven brought Max back 🤷♀️
First time I seen your channel well done I enjoyed it thanks😊 Will keep my eye out for more
I liked the lost sister episode. I didn't realize it was so disliked...
Fr
Editing ruined it, it shouldn't have been a whole episode and it should've been split up like how season 4 was edited
Same. It’s one of my favorites.
I think that 001 at one point said something like "when eight was still with us"
yeahh
Wasn’t confirmed that season five is gonna have a time skip since the actors are a lot older then their onscreen characters
No bc I heard Kate bushes song on MY RADIO TODAY- and it WAST back in the day cafe.. I was CONFUSED
I really don't want El to be villain.
too add onto the xmen theory, in the very first episode Will wanted “X-Men #134” which is also a book in the dark

I think it would've been cool to switch up the cast every season but keep the upside down constant. While I love the cast, and it would've been weird it could have been other members of Hawkins. Like the science teacher, etc. Then have everyone slowly come together.
Cast or characters?
Season 5 is confirmed to have a significant time skip so I highly doubt it will involve the chernobyl disaster
I believe El is Kas. One did some what recrute her and then she turned on him and killed him
kas? el, as she already kind of did that prior to her banishing him.

Keep up the good work dude love your videos I've been watching your videos for 3 months 😀 👍 👌!!!!!!!!!!
10k with another banger
Just subd cause you put so much effort into this and gave me more insight that I didn’t know
FYI less than 100 people died at Chernobyl.
During the Pagan Fall, November 6, 1983 was when the album from Metallica, was seen in stores. By Christmas, it was a must have item. The album was called Master of Puppets. Soon after all the horror movies were about Killer Dolls and Puppetmaster.
I actually really like the lost sister episode 😅
If 11 becomes the final villain she better have a Vecna style transformation.
I'm sorry but Steve was NEVER THAT BAD. People are glazing over the fact Nancy is the actual worst???? Them setting the two back up is absolutely destroying the show for me lol HE DESERVES BETTER
Chernobyl probably won't be a thing in it as they've said there's going to be a time jump to the early 90's for the final season
The anthology idea makes sense, particularly the name makes sense
Okay, but we all know Max is going to wake up as a Vekna puppet, right?

In my honest and completely personal opinion: it should have been an anthology series or at least introduce some way different elements by season two or three. I feel like everything after season one that directly change or retcon things just make the whole show worse. For me this is especially apparent in season four with the "one all along" shit.
