Vin Joining Allied would be a great way for PTJ to include his backstory, and in my fanfic I planned the Attack On J-High arc where workers attack j-high injuring mary so Vin Jin joins allied to get revenge on them.
I doubt the person with the twisted body is Vin. You can see his neck snapped backwards meaning the person is dead (judging by the position of the limbs and shirt)
