I think the problem that everybody sees in this show is not how it's made! It's that everyone expects to hear Jeremy, Richard and May cause everybody loves them
Is that the same gas station as the British Top Gear when Jeremy has the Lexus LFA, James has the Aston Martin Vantage, and Richard has the Dodge Viper?
Differences between this and top gear u.k. U.k. Would use at least first class, or fly private U.k. Would use a more expensive car U.k. Wouldnt care about speeding U.k. Would be better
i actually really like this show and really enjoyed this episode, it was suspenseful, there was a ferrari, the hosts are funny, i honestly don't understand why people show so much hatred towards it.
The fuel shortage reminded me of my own almost dilemma while driving through Death Valley. I entered the Valley with 90 miles of fuel range and 50 miles to go so I thought that's easy. But I did not consider that the AC had to work harder in the valley and the climb to get out of the valley. I reached the next gas station with a fuel range below 10 miles.
PLEASE make a separate TG US channel and let all the haters hate in there. I wanna see more TG UK, maybe stuff from earlier series' that most of us have forgotten. C'mon BBC, you don't have any shortage of material in that TG vault.
Guys, guys, guys.....why are ya'll complaining? Its not like Top Gear USA is replacing Top Gear. I treat Top Gear USA as a "side show" in between seasons of Top Gear. Just dont treat it as a main event you'll be fine with it. Else, you wanna watch Motortrend?
Both parts were good. Top Gear USA in general is good. I don't see why there are so many dislikes. Sure, the British version IMO is a bit better, but this was still pretty good.

Who do people just instantly thumbs down? Sure they might not be as interesting, but if you just say you don't like it for no reason how will they improve? Personally I don't really care too much i fit's Top gear UK or USA. I just enjoy learning about the cars and what seeing hwta they can do.

So, I could pay 200 dollars for a plane ticket, which would get there before the car if the flight is not delayed, or I could pay 200 THOUSAND dollars for a car, along with the $5 California gas to fill the 8 mpg engine. I think I know the right choice.

Exactly, people complain that the US show isn't funny, well this really is a show about cars, we're here for the cars, and this show delivers.

What I expected when I heard Top Gear USA was bad was waaay worse than this. This is pretty good.
There a some things in life that just absolutely do NOT need an American version. Football, Units of Measurement and Top Gear come to mind.
