Hi Amy & THANK YOU SO MUCH! Because of your work, I was able to move a little faster in developing a simple, albeit slightly time consuming, working formula. Here goes:
    1) Ink a stamp with Stazon and press gently and firmly onto a glazed tile. I noticed red rubber stamps are easier but if you're using a clear stamp and it slips, you can put one light coat of Modge Podge on before stamping.
    2) Modge Podge over the inked image, lightly. Let dry - It's pretty quick.
    3) Seal with "Amazing Clear Cast" resin. Dry time can be anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days depending on heat and humidity (dry and hot is best)
*** Make sure you follow resin directions accurately and wear rubber gloves. You don't want to learn why the hard way. 2 identically filled capfuls of each part of the resin seals 15 tiles. It's SUPER IMPORTANT to both wear gloves and stir every bit as long as instructed. Making in big batches requires super speedy use as this stuff starts drying up within about a half an hour. *** Self Adhesive cork bottoms can be purchased inexpensively at Amazon.

Hello, Amy… new subscriber here. Thanks so much for sharing your video. So, as you’ve discovered, stamping on tiles is awful to learn. I’m just getting started and have watched too many videos to count and read hundreds of tutorials. My tiles/ coasters aren’t turning out well, at all. I should have just stuck with card making! But… I feel like I won’t be able to rest, until I get this thing down pat. Like you added, in the end comments, my Ranger Archival ink washed off, even after baking. I’m beyond frustrated. The epoxy has been suggested to me too, but that’s a bit of an undertaking and it’s fairly expensive. I want to be able to paint in some parts of the stamped images. So far, that’s not worked. Have you discovered anything new since this video? I’m really ready to just give up. Thanks so much 💕

is there any new discoveries how to stamp on ceramic tiles? In a way as it is really permanent? I use StazOn and tried different sealings, but non of them were permanent. With some water and some scrubbing I could get the image off. Any good practice? Thanks.

I just came across a product someone referred to as countertop resin. It doesn't yellow. It's being used to seal over acrylic pour art on ceramic tile coasters. I'm very excited to give it a try.

Hi Amy, Thanks for your reply. And what is the name of the resin? What I have tried is to use stazon and then seal it with some simple sealer spray. Must make sure that it totally covers it and have to use it two times. Seems to me that it is working.

I purchased a 16 ounce, high gloss kit at Michael's this week that claims to be heat resistant. (I also shopped at the Dollar Tree and Hobby Lobby this week, so I have taken quite a few new items into my studio... and now I've misplaced the resin. It cost about $14.50 (before coupon) and I don't see it on their website.) And I've also found a product called Art Resin that is heat resistant enough to handle a coffee cup, but nothing straight out of the oven. I bought the resin I found at Michael's but I haven't tried it yet.

I just found the resin that I purchased at Michael's. It's Envirotex Lite POUR ON. I actually just found the name on this week's haul video that I'm editing. I'll make a set of coasters with the resin this week and post the results, if you haven't tried it yet.

Resin is definitely the way to go!! I've used easy cast but it slightly yellowed my project. I recommend the Amazing Clear Cast Resin... purchased from hobby lobby

Is sealing the tile not needed?
