Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is due out for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on September 24.
A demo is now available for PS5 and PS4 via PS Store, Nintendo Switch via Nintendo eShop Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One via Microsoft Store, and PC via Steam.

The remake is not a 100% 1-to-1 remake.
While playing the demo, I noticed the "Mickey & the Beanstalk" projection level was set up differently than the original.
Original had moving beds that didn't cause high jumps.
Rebrushed had moving leaf platforms on the sides of the screen.
Also the Rebrushed projector level had more collectibles than the original.
So it's not one to one...different in a better or worse way, though. Which way different is up to previous audience.
IMO....I think Rebrushed feels more fleshed out so far.
But...the low Gremlin voice effect and the low voice effects in the cutscenes compared to the main game is STILL ATROCIOUS....FIX IT EXTREMELY SOON!!!!
