Side tackles are a tough skill, but today I caught up with GB, Wales and @OspreysTV Winger Luke Morgan. Luke is Exceptional at this skill with his Rugby 7s Background. He rarely misses a tackle 1 on 1 and this is down to how well he performs the 3 tips he shares with us in this video.
