JUMBO Perch Tournament, How we WON The Cascade Cup

- The Silhouette Crew has entered the annual Cascade Cup, a two day derby. Joey Buff, Shawn Griffiths, Jess Caldwell and Scott Turner endure some very harsh winter conditions, deal with getting stuck, broke down snow mobiles, changing fishing locations with the odds stacked against them as 408 anglers from around the country compete for over 13,000$ in prizes and raffles. Watch their journey as they compete and persevere over some serious bad luck to try and claim the title of the best jumbo perch fishermen on Cascade Reservoir here in Central Idaho.
Special thanks to Jeff Gordon and John Christofferson from Tackle Toms Sporting Goods Shop for hosting this outstanding annual event!
You can find them on Facebook @ / tackletoms for the best tips and fishing gear in Cascade. They also do rentals such as ice-auger, snowmobile, snow-dog, etc.. though out ice-fishing season on Cascade.

Some one has to get film for the blooper reels, lol! That really did suck! That snow was way too deep. Had to run it down on a sled…
and the two handed catch goes to....lol looks like a good time great job Scott. Time to get those sheds!
The cowboys might want to sign her! Lol! And tiz the season for tinez! Thanks buddy!!
Congrats. Yer dad is smiling down. Way to go!
Thanks Tim! It was a sweet win!!
Wow, great showing Scott and crew, and that was a fantastic save on the perch that almost got away!
Thank you!! We were all blown away that Jess scooped that perch out with mittens on! It was her PB perch to boot!!
@@SilhouetteOutdoors I think Jess should have won a trophy for that epic save! Looking forward to your next vid!
@@huntingspud3086 seriously! If Tackle Tom’s had a “best save” trophy, she would have won for sure. I’ll bet she never tries pulling a big fish out by the line again.. lol
@@huntingspud3086 Thank you 🙌🏼😂
Dang, those were some monster perch. Nice job!
Yes sir, we had a huge fish taco feast from the derby! Thank you
Such a great weekend! Great video and of course the gag reel is legit 😂
We got lucky with some big perch! 💯
You got that right!
Great video!
Thank you!
I like a crappie fishing video of you
Can we fish crappie now or to early?
Crappie fishing is great right now! If you have a boat, you can catch crappie all year. But it’s getting really good with the warm weather now.
Thank you brother
Thank you brother
when you reel against a clicking drag all you are doing is twisting the line... you had your drag way too light for 6 pound test you had it too light for 2 pound test.
