I made a Persian dish. It's called Lubia Polo. Rice with meat and green beans. It has a sauce and spices. U layer like biryani.
It's very delicious.

I looked up the fruit grown only grown in Miyazaki prefecture in Kyushu. Also called konatsu or New Summer fruit. Maybe someday I will visit Japan again before I am to old. Wonderful to learn of a new food/fruit from you. I do enjoy being able to go buy groceries with you and your video. Sending blessings from my home to yours 🥰
Yes! In Miyazaki, it’s called Hyuganatu. But also called Komaru in Kochi, and new summer in Ehime! It’s really refreshing and nice! 😋

@@LinnainJapan you must know that we have no children. I work full time and my husband is self employed. And when he's not on a business trip, he has time to cook. he has lived in Italy for a long time and cooks fantastically 🧡

I grew up in Seoul and my parents were outside Tokyo for 5 years after I grew up. I’ve never seen that citrus 🍊 fruit. Do you know the name? I would look for it at the Asian markets 🥰🤩Blessings to you and the family
Denmark calling. I had to learn about that citrus fruit too. I read that the fruit Hyuganatsu grows on Citrus Tamurana trees. The fruit is sour and the white rind is sweet and aromatic. I would like to taste it. Take care y'all 😘
