- Everyone saw me playing Tornado Shot and highly requested a budget build.
I set out as low budget as possible main goal was to be under the price of 1 Nimis.

Tornado shot has almost never been an entry level noob friendly build. 150div is cheap
Might be because the word budget depends on you financial status buddy😂😂😂

hello thanks for the video this is my first league and tornado shot has def been the smoothest out of everything I've tried so far, do you have any tips on what upgrades to go for after achieving this setup
Big upgrades are Progenesis , Better Bow , Dying Sun, Simplex/Focused amulet
@@proplays01 What kind of Simplex/Focused amulet should I be looking for? I would assume alot of crit multi.

uh... is it possible to do a poor man's version of this? Maybe using rares as an example with "nice to have's"
the meta templat build rn ice nova of frostbolts is able to do t17s for 5to 10 divs idk how 100div+ is suppose to be budget but oh well xD
Its more budget than multi mirror builds for example. Basically something to use when u have HH decent bow/quiver and not much more.

It doesn't say "Budget T17 build" it says TS build. If you want to play TS, this is a more budget version of the endgame build.
Nobody said "league starter"... you aren't intended to make this with no budget.

soul thrist belt, manual flask with longer duration enchant. last league I played bow with only 5c in my pocket.
can i use mageblood instead or is hh manditory?
I prefer hh on bow builds usually as it super carries your damage

And what content will it clear? Is it only for mapping or it can handle some uber bosses as well? What about T17?
mostly for t17 mapping.
Been running ice shot miner up to 18,000,000 dps but it really struggles with bosses.
Looking to make the change to a build that can kill bosses too, do you think TS would be worth pouring ~300 div into? This is my first league and I'm a little hesitant to respec. Can this kill all bosses? Cheers.
should be fine but prob massive change of pace as tornado shot builds are always really low Ehp

Thanks for this setup, got everything in place but the jewels, gonna try to transition to your physical version as i play more - it took a few days of farming but definitely a starter setup , these other people must be super casual
1 thing to note never switch to phys unless you mirror phys bow in my opinion
i have a mageblood and 450 divs do you have a TS pob for this?
I personally never use mageblood prob some sort of omni build though

Is there a reason you have precision on gloves when you have level 30 precision from amulet?
Alot of times I just fit normal precision in my build to plan for it when I drop the amulet or if I don't have the reservation to run the 30 I just use the 20.

Im using yoke of suffering insteand hyrris truth, you think its viable ? I was playing hyrris in league start, but pob say more dps with yoke
Its prob more dps but less freeze uptime

why do you have a precision gem + hyrri's? also, can you just go triple ele bow with additional proj or do i need to need to get a phys convert bow?
Did you look at the pob? It is an elemental bow.
mistake on my part eventually u wanna drop the amulet anyway so you will need precision again
also never go phys convert before u mirror phys bow

A budget build is like under 1 div and people do them all the time.
120-150 div's is what a regular player will get all league and thats on the high end!!!.
