Yes decino is really one heck of doomgod.In another hand,I know why he don't claim himself to be a "doomgod".Ancalagon clear this map in 25minutes,did you imagine the grind and the dedication required to not only complete this map but doing this with a strict time limit.UV max speedrunner are another category because they can't stop,they can't play safe and ofter their routine rely heavily on infighting RNG and mandatory damage taken.I try to do it on HR2 7 years ago,and god I realise how hard this task is.And by today standard HR2 is an easy wad if you play at your pace ,but playing with a time constraint,accepting to trade health against time,it s another world.But I think decino is as strong as they are in a different kind of challenge,keeping calm,commenting his routine and strategy for the 95th attempt is as impressive as just go,run die,restart the demo,go run and complete the map.And all of this without a swear words or a broken keyboard.

Man, a sincere congratulations for this. It's pretty damn impressive to even finish half this map on lower difficulties, let alone 100% on Ultra-Violence!
That final arena is kind of ingenious because of the way the pillars help with the archviles but block your bfg and then are just splash damage amplifiers for the cyberdeamon.
taking into perspective the fact that Korendian199 put around 700 tries more than you and managed to get a time of about 20 minutes below yours, and that the more you reduce your time, more you have to train to be able to reduce this time even further; I cannot fathom how much work Ancalagonn must have put into his 24 minutes run.
I just want to make a second post to comment on how incredibly dangerous 1:01:19 was.... if that cyber demon fired there, you wouldnt have had much place to run and woulda been purely rng if you lived. It made me panic and i wasnt even the one playing! Congratulations decino, you're amazing.
When I heard "Attemt 92", I paused the video, raised my hands into the air, and began laughing... out of admiration. I can't wait for the outtakes video, I am sure decino was having so much fun that he won't allow himself to waste all of that precious content.
The pure joy in decinos voice in the end once the final cyberdemon dies was worth it. The map looks insane and since i can only beat Sunlust with savestates im gonna pass on this for now but someday I will conquer this too
Attempt 95 the video is just over an hour hex yeah this is gunner be good. I'm surprised to see only 1058 that's a pretty low number of demon's . Only just started the video so I'll add to the comment once I'm done. I thought I'd seen this map before but yeah this was really good enjoyed it the last time but there's nothing boring about watching you play safe I mean after 95 attempts I would be playing safe as well. I can why the number of demon's was low its because they were mainly high tier demon's but still it's enjoyable watching you approach each room or fight so as always cheers for upload decino
