Thank you, thank you, thank you! For not putting the winner's name in the title or picture in the thumbnail (like some other running pages). I love watching a race without already knowing the winner.
Nice win! Dang stinks, tho. Perfect weather to go after it but instead play it safe for the win. That's one reason why track has an issue growing. So many athletes much rather play it safe than Go for It! There really aren't many athletes with the prefontaine mindset anymore, and it makes boring sports. So many athletes who just want the win at the meet not to be the best or greatest of all time. To many cautious, I'm scared, let my beta brain activity win and play it safe. That's why I loved Jklakob race in the Olympics man. He freaking went for. I'd much rather watch someone run for gold, that record and to be the best and loss. Than just be safe, hold a slow pace, make it like most all races people see and forget moments later. I love this sport but we need more Lyles, Benjamin's, Warholmes. People with personally and dive to do what others haven't. In stead of just do enough to win
I see way too much ignorance by these play by play guys. The javelin thrower faulted on purpose. Like all throwing events if a participant feels their throw is inadequate they will foul so there is little time wasted measuring it. I see/hear this happening almost daily now. Today I saw a baseball game where the play by by play said the umpire asked the first base ump to check a swing. It was actually the third base ump. I know it's petty but I never saw this before on such a grand scale.
Featuring G Bell in the caption pic I thought she was the winner not knowing it was an Ethiopian 1,2 and Georgia Bell was third. Typical Western media deception.

Welteji. Great finish.
DANG! I thought Bell was just happy to be there She ran a fine race 3Rd is very good
Congrats to Ethiopian ladies,Great run bell better times ahead very promising
Welegi and hailu great win
Ethiopan ❤❤❤❤
Tanaka should run the 400 and 800. Always very fast at the start to about 600m Then she will run out of gas at the end when everybody is sprinting.
I wish Sarah Healy ran with more belief.
Georgia looked a bit tired but still a good run.
Why so much mention of Tanaka? She blew up!!
Where is from the winner ?
the winners 1 and 2 ethiopians ladys

Jess Hall and Billing's from Australia in list of starters?
Sarah Billings 9th in 4:00 and Linden Hall (not Jess Hull) 12th in 4:02. They were in the race!
Hii .. whos the female commentator ?
Dont care
Hannah England
@@farrellbaker : hey I just cross checked .. its not her .. the female commentator seems to be some1 else ..
Why was Bill shown in the introduction like she was the winner but she finished third!
It's a British broadcasting crew.
'34 red flag man all over it and fast

The Ethiopians had no real competition to try to trip, pull or push😢
Keep crying 😂 go worship the doped up Kenyans and leave these athletes alone.
Keep crying 😂😂😂
Bell should lean forward
Why?
@@simonrowe3124 Her form is slowing her down. Look at her last 75 meters.
That's what they said to Michael Johnson
She has run 3.52 with that style and 1.56 at 800 m.
@@ianhirst1148 She's a fantastic runner and I am a fan. I'm simply stating that her form fell apart in the last 100 meters.

Nope, it’s called not putting a spoiler in the image you muppet but now you’ve annoyingly provided the result anyway.
The winner was shown clearly at the end of the race, and immediately afterwards.
You don't need to believe everything you think. I, for one, was not deceived.
I hate pacing, spoils the race.
GO GEORGIA!!!!!!
