I guess those caboose lights are brighter then I thought. Man that RS5T sounds a lot better now. Its funny the cab is louder then hell in run 8, but outside its so quiet.
This is EXCELLENT! Very near to where I live in Maltby, and I hear the train almost daily - but I hardly ever see it!! I love the sound of the horn blowing & wheels rolling along.
@Hogums As of right now they serve only three industrys. Boise in Maltby deals with wood products, Spectrum Glass in Woodinville gets sand and ash hoppers, and Bluelinx in Woodinville I believe is another wood product buisness. Rumor is they might start running into Redmond again soon.
I hope so. That would give me a chance to rebuild the tracks, join the Eastside Freight, and name the new company after a historic railroad: the Lake Shore & Eastern Railroad. Thank you. Best regards, Franz Ferdinand
@Torchnpitchfork Dude... The train has to blow the horn for every road crossing.. it is a federal law! They were blowing for crossings.. not me. Don't hate dude.
Yep - It's been ripped out all the way to the edge of Redmond city limits at NE 120th and Willows. It looks like most of the remainder between there and Woodinville will be gone before too long.
I used to live in Everest and Marysville and I worked for spacelabs and sundstrand aerospace and I remember driving Down high way 9 to Woodinville and along the road by rocket research a d go by the railroad by lake samish Toth r dairy gold pl as by at the end of the line but it is all gone now ain't it

Actually, the last crossing is at NE 124 & Willows before the end of the line.
