Thanks for these J.T., your X's and O's cuts are always educational and nobody (that I know of) is more entertaining. I'm still laughing from the mesh breakdown: "I got a napkin full of mesh plays" "You got a napkin full of checkdowns" 🤣
You can tell this took a lot out of JT with the way he was talking at the beginning, like someone was forcing him to do this lol. Appreciate you doing this though, JT! "Don't call it, don't install it"
Awesome. When Kurt Warner did a video on Hank a couple years back, I remember him saying he liked to read it to the curls first and treat the hook as the check down (picking a side based on where the linebackers were, ties go to strong side). You mentioned some teams run Hank on the backside of a play-since that takes away the choice between curls, do they also read it curls first?
We have a 2 high adjustment to Hank with inside stem corners by #1 flat by #2 and a sit read the Mike Tampa sit and beat him deep down the middle if you can.
Sorry Fam I love this play, if it’s man I can through the curl before the wr turns and shows his numbers! If not a flat in zone I’m throwing that off the break!! Very simple play and the same for the TE sit as well!!
@@spiderwebb222 You can do what he is saying at the HS level, or even college level. The league is a different story, and with JT having been in the league, that probably colors a lot of his perspective on the play
Is there ever an opportunity for a rub against the flat defender as a man answer for hank? Like a must outside release flat, especially if you're running it off of motion?
Considering how complex passing games can be now, why are the man adjustments so difficult for QB/WR to get on the same page with? Aren't they doing more complex things most every pass play in a modern offense? Like, "if man, return against leverage" doesn't sound very technical by today's standards.
JT, let me say, I rooted for you in your time with the Niners! I coach youth ball, 5-6 graders, we run all the time! I am moving up to coach Jr High, and I'm looking for offensive ideas. You said you have complete offensive playbooks for sale. Do you have anything for 7-8th graders?
About to binge watch the X's and O's Playlist
Frank Reich's favorite play concept
Panthers paid the price for sure
So glad to finally get a breakdown of your favourite concept!

LETS GO! Love this, JT.
This is Matt Canada's favorite video on the internet.
You go JT. This is what I'm talking about. More of this please. The 49ers ran Hank for years.
I saw the title, haven't watched yet, I'm setting the over/under on "earmuffs" at 1.5
This is my favorite series!
Thanks JT
Nice of you take one for the team by doing this.

Yay hes back
If you have a chance would really love to see you do an evaluation of Michael Pratt.
NailED IT AGAIN 🎉
How quickly into this does he roast Matt Canada? LOL
Sorry Fam

throwing curls vs man is a choice.

Fantastic content, as always, Sir.
Love from Australia
Great vs Quarters!
JT's favorite play
🤣
J.T. love the X’s and O’s vids! Would be cool to include some all 22 examples in the video too.
This just gave me horrible flashbacks to the Joe Lombardi Chargers. Every single big down was a Hank call
Hank, spacing, or quick slants on 3rd and long 😂 oh man, what a dumb offense. I’m so glad it’s gone
That's why Herbert had to rip so many crazy tight window throws to the curls & rely on Keenan or Williams making contested catches
@@spiderwebb222 2021 was the most unsustainable heater from Herbert. MVP level season with no open receivers and no run game and no defense

Matt Canada’s bread and butter!!!
With pre snap end around/jet sweep motion 🤯🤣

The Panthers called it a lot under headcoach Hank Reich.
I’ve also called this Ohio
Lets go

the full o could run at any level imo. it's not cheap though.
@@TheQBSchool I was looking on you store, not there, where do I look for it?
Courses link.
This should only be called on the goal line, if ever.
...What? It's a zone concept, nobody plays zone at the goal line...
Looks similar to hoss y juke without the option routes
or the seams or the hitches
@@TheQBSchoollmao
fox 2 xy hook next lol
2021 and 2022 Justin Herbert make me absolutely LOATHE this concept 🤦🤬
Hitches are for....
rhymes with...
Wtf is Hank?!
