For the past decade Inovenso has offered multiple clients smart solutions for advance nanofiber technology media. Currently, we are proud to display our patent-pending Open Surface technology that incorporates novel electrospinning methods. This technology bypasses the issues prevalent with modern electrospinning systems that have limiting production capacity. The latest SS model series (SS 550 & SS 1000) are highly suitable for bumping up lab-scale level materials to a commercializable realization.
The potential applications of electrospun media range from filtration (air and water) to energy-based products. With Inovenso Open Surface technology, high quality air filter related media can be made such as the N95/N99 face masks or the surgical mask equivalent. Larger nanofiber membranes can be used in the HVAC industry such as EPA, HEPA, and ULPA grade air filters.
