Plus, I see a major Commercial development coming to Cecil Commerce Center. I know someone who travels to and from Jacksonville by way of Cecil. Cecil Commerce Center has land and an airport on site. Not many places in US have that type of infrastructure and a sizable metro area and now there's toll 23, I 295, I 95 and future I 795 (9 B) nearby. Plus, the fairgrounds are probably being moved near Cecil. Only drawback is you need a car.

Yeah. I use to live on the westside in Jacksonville FL. I live in SEattle wa now. The westside is bad but usually for stuck up people who dont respect others. But if you have street smarts and respect people then you will get respect.
