    Best areas to buy land near Jax ?

      Hey there! It honestly depends on what your needs are but my personal opinion on areas to buy land would be the Northside of Jacksonville everything North of I-295. This area will get you the best bang for your buck when purchasing. But also just outside of Jax, in Nassau County is the town of Callahan and there's lots of land opportunity in this area as well. West Jax has more rural areas just on the cusp of the county line near Maccleny and Whitehouse. And the Middleburg and Green Cove Springs area have good options as well down in Clay County. All of these areas have one thing in common and that is a relatively lower population density than the city. This is where you will typically find land for sale in higher quantities. If you want to go even further South near St. Augustine is the town of Palatka which is probably on the come up in the next ten years or so due to the rising cost of living in St. Augustine. Palatka is a good option for land if you are looking to be closer to St. Augustine. Does that help answer your question a little better? thanks for commenting!
