My personal favorite troll I've ever been apart of that Jagex has done was the theme park Wild 'n' Wet. I actually thought it as going to be a real thing back when it actually happened. What was yours?!

I've been playing since 2003 and honestly wasn't aware of any of these "trolls". Granted I wasn't active for the later ones, I never questioned why Diango suddenly started selling toy horses or spinning plates. I guess I just never bothered with the news letters.

4:23 This actually happened a couple months back, was in falador when it happened. Found two dropping randomly within 5 minutes.
It was strange too, because before I saw the 2nd drop on the ground, some weird close-up of my character's face, though slightly transparent, just popped up out of nowhere for like 2 seconds.
Awesome vid bro :D made me laugh a couple of times. I didn't know about some of these.

"Dragon Kite" "Bouncing cabbages"(one of my personal favorites) | On old school "Dragon Claws" | I new from looking at the 'Theme Park' that it was a hoax. Still a wonky idea they had though. One that isn't on April fools but was still funny was the Black Santa Hats on RS3. Most of the time it was a black bead and ash pile.

People don't realize that Jagex is one of very few companies that actually care and listen to their community.

Nope, the OSRS team listens to their players. Jagex as a whole doesn't listen much... Trade restrictions scared a quite a few actual players away, then EoC caused a TON of players to quit, including myself. I play OSRS occasionally not as often as it feels like grinds I've done tons before when I had the patience, now I barely do for it... Maybe when OSRS mobile come out will I consider going membs again and playing a bit more seriously, but for now, no.

#1 Troll by Jagex should be sailing.... I know it has the possibility for becoming a new skill in runescape 2007, but for many years jagex said they would "Never" do sailing as a skill. This was confirmed in a Q&A session with Mark Gerhard, the CEO of Jagex in 2009. It was such a joke that the skill would become a skill among the players that a player actually brought a sailing cape to a runefest event and Mark Gehard accepted it. You can even google it still and find a post made by Silentc0re (when he made videos back in the day for those who don't know him) stating: "The head CEO of Jagex, Mark Gerhard (Mod MMG) sadly confirmed yesterday that Sailing will never be a skill in RuneScape while he is Admin." After many years though after stating sailing will "never" be a skill.... sailing is becoming a skill.
