That was Nobuhito, Prince Takamatsu, the emperor’s younger brother. He doesn’t raise his hands when chanting banzai because he is a member of the imperial family
Since Emperor Jimmu ascended the throne in 660 B.C. and unified the Japanese people, Japan has been in the imperial line for a long time, and the dynasty and people have not changed, so it is the oldest level in the world as a country. The Jomon period lasted for over 10,000 years, making it one of the oldest ethnic groups in the world. Tracing the history of the emperor leads to Japanese mythology. I am a Japanese person who loves Japan, but since the post-war Japanese people have little patriotism due to the influence of the masochistic view of history, people with high patriotism like myself can be treated as radical dangerous thoughts, so I don't think so. It's a strange country that can't express its patriotism. Most families don't fly the national flag on national holidays, they don't have respect for the national anthem Kimigayo, and even though it's the national anthem of Japan, it's more popular overseas than in Japan. Japanese people must have more pride, respect and gratitude for their land, history, culture and predecessors. People who cannot love their homeland cannot love other countries. Long live His Majesty the Emperor Long live Her Majesty the Empress
