You video have really help me and my clients. I always advice them to watch your channel and also have an idea of the technology so that they know what they are getting and want.
Please can you do a product review on kartel MPPT charger just like you did on Felicity. All these myths needs to be cleared for consumers protection sake.
15:00 My PWM has all these programs. I wonder if it's just an advanced PWM 😅 LVD is 21v LVR is 24 Float is 27v Absorb is 28v Ah max is 15 from panels to batteries
The PWM charge controller is the longest working solar charging technology available. With the advent of programming, the limit is left to the imagination of manufacturers really. Therefore, we have PWM controllers equipped with configurability like the ones you listed above. Although, PWM remains primitive when compared to MPPT technology.
7:22 this quality of the MPPT charger virtually means that it will charge the battery bank faster than the PWM can/will. This is another difference between the two. Apart from the issue of cost, the MPPT should be the only choice because regardless of one's setup, it always pays to plan to build it up (referring to scalability) as one goes and the MPPT will remain handy. It might be good to let users know that there are also advanced types of PWM with more than just basic functions but which don't actually rival the flexibility, durability and efficiency of the MPPT.
I've been looking for such info with no luck but now i get you please help me with this. I have 4 solar panels of 12V 400Amp each And i have 2 batteries of 12V 256Amp each, and I've got a 20,000Watts inverter. I was looking for the battery charger and regulator, someone recomend The PWM 60Amp 12,36,and 48V. Do you think that would really help charging and regulate the solar as charging tye batteries?
What special capability does Fangpusun MPPT Solar Charge Controller have over other MPPT Solar Charge Controller? I've never used it for any of my projects because it's relatively more expensive than others and I don't see the reason why I should spend more in buying it.
Good after sir, please I want to know if it is advisable for me to bring a solar current directly to 5kva/48volt hybrid inverter with the maximum DC voltage of 111volts,or the cable still needs to go to Pv combiner before going to the hybrid inverter.Thank you
Boss am confused between 5kva 24vt inverter vs 3kva 24vt.. Because they use same battery.. is there any different apart from that sir. Pls.. because I don't want to go for 5kva 48vt
Obviously 5KVA has more output power than a 3KVA Inverter so you can use more load on it. The battery bank can be increased by adding two more batteries at every given time you intend to increase it. 48V requires a compulsory purchase of four batteries every time you want to expand the battery bank.
Hello bro. Love your show. Question: I bought a home with a solar system with 12 gel batteries. Unfortunately it wasn't enough for my large family. We increased to 20 gel and more panels... it's still not enough. Is there a type of battery we can buy that allows us to add on batteries over a period of time? We don't have the money to buy all the batteries we need at once.
Lithium Batteries supports that more because of the BMS. You can add new Lithium Batteries to an existing one that is quite old but it's not advisable with Lead Acid batteries.
But most installers I've seen on Facebook provide pwm as the charge controllers for the systems they advertise. MPPT, for what it does, is unnecessarily expensive, in my opinion.
I am highly technical but damn I never stop learing here.

Well explained. Thanks for the effort
Thanks for watching
Commendable!
Thank you
Thanks for your video sir.
Excellent.Tells you all you need to know.

You are a great teacher
@@etimemmanuel5884 Thank you sir
Am glad to be here
You are welcome
Hello boss.... You are professional indeed
Thank you
For mppt charge controller, what is the maximum number of Solar panels one can connect in series?
wow awesome
Thank you
Your video is awesome
Spot on, no stone unturned
Thank you
you are amazing, sir
but I would say. It will be much better if you also compare them with the data sheet
Will do
Sir please i have a 230ah tubular battery what current of charge controller is best to charge it

You are right Buddy
What do u think about SRNE Lithium batteries and inverters...
Hello sir,
I have learned a lot from you. I am doing my master’s degree in Solar Photovoltaics
Wow nice, Good luck with that, it's an interesting field of study
School?
Does high breed inverters 5kva has the ability to handle strong parallel currently
Please can I mix seal battery and gel battery?

I have an issue sir
My mppt 30a is charging very slow, could it be from setting or it's faulty?
Thanks.
A number of factors tough to diagnose from a distance, you might need to get your installer to check it
Very apt
Thank you Adewale kindly share

@@ocheadoga303it has a whole lot of differences, the energy convention efficiency is something to look at

Combined or circuit enclosure box, it should always pass a breaker

Get what you saying but they making 100v pwms now which can handle up to 2000w so I think that makes them good to use now right?
No Mppt is what you want it's better in every way, mppt is well up to 750v now

Bro do you lear and study out side Nigeria?
Nice but i dont really think u can over size on ur MTTP ,bcos u need to work with the CC specification.
You can but the extra percentage oversize shouldn't be more than 7 percent . If you need more oversize you will need an addition charge controller.
I ni coast area my pwm I can see is weak I m not enjoying my solar system
What about solar power generator
What about it?
is this an outback mppt?
Yes it is
You’re definitely Nigerian🇳🇬🇳🇬
100 percent
Ditch the music whilst you're talking about educational stuff dude. People who can think find this vexatious and you'll lose them.
mppt is d best anytime.i dont use pwm
Not in all situations if you connect it the right way with all the rules observed you can get the best out of it.
