And out of all of them the only one that anyone me is Penny. She could have fix the issue just by talking with the members of team star or even just texting them. But instead she chose to do it in a way where she would hurt them. I've always loved the beats of Cyrus' theme song. Although Ghetsis' theme songs truly feel like a final boss fight that if you lose your screwed especially with how good and diverse his team is.

I have to say I think the main villain of SV is actually Sada/Turo rather than Penny. Yes, the actual professors are dead during the events of SV, but their actions are the main threat to Paldea, what Penny is doing is almost harmless

It's curious how Gen 7 marked the change of what notivates these teams and a surprise villain team. Don't get me wrong, it worked wonders with Team Star, specially because I think bullying is very relatable for many people, but I wish they don't give up later on with fully evil teams further down the line.
It would be very interesting if they were to have a gen which has both a serious evil team and a non serious evil team. Perhaps they could work together or fight against each other
Only thing missing from this is Plumeria and Oleana's themes, since theyre admins too. Also BDSP galactic, even if it sounds similar to the original imo

Penny isn't really a "villain" and N at least does change as a person. Also I love how Colress is the most distinct of them all because he's more of a morally grey character and not completely evil. Man, I feel like Rose had A LOT more potential, as did Sword and Shield. Rose is a decent "villian", but I feel he could have had a bit more backstory (in-game). I may be biased because I grew up playing Black and White, and X and Y, lol. I do kinda miss the whole "scary villian" thing for Pokémon. Something I'd like to mention personally though is that the Operation Starfall storyline really hit home as a now-college sophmore, as a victim of bullying through elementary, middle and some high school, but that's aside the point lol.
One thing that might make rose's plan make a bit more since is if you have him have some sort of life ending sickness. Don't make it obvious but maybe certain dialogue when he talks to Leon would help put the pieces together. This means he's worried about not being able to help galar before he inevitably passes away and decides to use the darkest day because it was the quickest way for him to "help"

Also, the Paradise Protection Protocol has two themes, one for before you bring out your bike lizard and one one the battle properly starts, which is what I assume you were going for. For PPP phase one, I'd suggest "Guardian of Paradise", the title given to the aggressive bike lizard, "Last Line of Defense", since that's literally what the PPP is, or simply "Paradise Protection Protocol"(After all, the protocol doesn't really need to be fancy.)

IMPO i believe OG Ghetsis has the best villain theme hands down, from start to finish. The build up, the drums, the chorus, the ominous chanting throughout. Couldn’t believe my ears as it was coming from a handheld Pokémon game when i first battled him.

-The phrase Zero Hour refers to the start of a planned operation(usually, but not necessarily, a military operation), and the AI's efforts to have the time machine shut down were planned out well in advance.
Also, the Paradise Protection Protocol has two themes, one for before you bring out your bike lizard and one one the battle properly starts, which is what I assume you were going for.
For PPP phase one, I'd suggest "Guardian of Paradise", the title given to the aggressive bike lizard, "Last Line of Defense", since that's literally what the PPP is, or simply "Paradise Protection Protocol"(After all, the protocol doesn't really need to be fancy.)
My favorite is Archie and Maxie's theme in ORAS. I love the beating vibe it makes.

IMPO i believe OG Ghetsis has the best villain theme hands down, from start to finish. The build up, the drums, the chorus, the ominous chanting throughout. Couldn’t believe my ears as it was coming from a handheld Pokémon game when i first battled him.
